Out of Spicy Chicken are you serious?! Worst tenders ever hands down !! Tenders were ice cold and disgusting ? Starring Lane Popeyes needs new management. We are almost always disappointed here and this was the last time I will ever visit this location.. sadly my first bad report but save yourself..
We ordered butterfly shrimp, chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw, with biscuits. Walking in, we saw the restaurant was truly dirty in need of a good cleaning. The staff were not interested in waiting on us. Although the place wasn't crowded, it took way too long to be waited on. After receiving the food and returning home, we discovered no shrimp or mashed potatoes were in the bag. After driving back to the restaurant, the missing shrimp and potatoes were given to us without argument.The coleslaw was barely average. The mashed potatoes were from an instant mix and were lumpy and way too salty. The biscuits were hard and definitely not flakey. The chicken tenders were some of the worst I've ever tasted: tough and overcooked, more like jerkey than tenders. Go to Chick-fil-A or Cane's if you want good chicken tenders. And the "butterfly shrimp" were pitiful. Almost nothing but hard, tough batter. Also way overcooked - tough and chewy.This is absolutely the worst fast food restaurant that I've been to in a very long time. Avoid this place at all costs.
Great place to eat the people are friendly. The food was hot and fresh.
I love this Popeyes. They always on 100 and are quick and friendly. Best location in BR. food is always cooked to perfection.
Im done.. Res beans was watered down... N u better check ur order before leaving the window.. The give u da pieces they want n dont start me on those hard dry azz biscuits
AWESOME SERVICE ! Guy at the counter really nice and fast. The other girl was helping some older people. Manager nIce ! Food 10/10
Terrible. Asked for a frozen strawberry lemonade but they have me a regular lemonade. Gave me an extra sandwich even though I told her TWICE that I didn't want it. Asked for wings and there was ONE wing, a leg, and a breast...I ordered wings, so clearly someone was just throwing stuff in the bag.
I went here for the wildberry beignets and frozen strawberry lemonade. They were out of the lemonade but made my beignets to order. So I drove up and waited. I was so happy (because they’re so good) UNTIL the worker walked to my car holding a bag of beignets while eating a beignet. ?. Unsanitary on so many levels. The mess beignets make with the powered sugar. The licking of the fingers. I just want to vomit thinking about it. Like you could have ate your beignets after you handed me mine in a designated eating area for employees. If they are that comfortable to do that I know they eating while cooking on the line. I spoke with a manger and the first thing she said was “well she did pay for a order”.I’m like ma’am your inventory isn’t my concern, the standards and sanitation while bringing me my food is.
Man definitely delicious. The person taking our order was a little grumpy and we waited in line for almost 10 mins but the food was hot and fresh and tasted better than my home town
Staff is rude. Cashier gave me faulty money and I gave it back. Manager said something rude and go get me another 5 and hands it to me and slaps the window. On top of that I asked for fries as my side I received mashed potatoes. During this time they should be extremely friendly because people are keeping them employed. I promised myself not to ever go back there.
