This store is horrible in their customer service!! Letting those inside who they know but everybody else has to go through the drive thru, which the line is outrageous and moves sooooooo slow. I sat in this line for almost an hour, this makes NO SENSE AT ALL!!! They need to open the inside and require everyone wear a mask because this is ridiculous!!!
The night manager Barbra was so nice and helpful. She understood the assignment. You can tell its understaffed but she did a great job doing her work without sacrificing her ability to be nice. It was refreshing.
Staff was excellent so was the food
My chicken sandwich was great!! Just the right amount of crispy outside and juicy inside. Cole slow was a perfect pairing to go with it.
Just went to this Popeyes on Greenwell Springs, place a order of butterfly shrimps, along with an order of popcorn shrimp, they charged me $18 for old hard stale cold popcorn and fry’s, a penny was bigger than the popcorn shrimps, I wish that I could show you pictures of this BS I paid $18 for, all I had was fried crust and no shrimps, now I see why some people go off on people that work theses fast food restaurants, I’m done. This is why Taco Bell has been closed down poor service
Came here around 9 pm and they told me and my family did not mind waiting 30 mins like they said bc i expected hot chicken. Got the box of chicken literally a minute later... and yes it was hot. Got home and the skin was very hard everyone heard each other chewing. This to me was a sign that my chicken was redip in the grease and I don’t appreciate it bc I would have definitely waited the 30 mins. This is why I only buy Popeyes when they 1st open.
Exllcilent !!! Customer service and food was hot , fresh & tastey. Drive thru line was long but it moved swiftly. Employees were well groomed and very polite. I will definitely be going back to this Popeyes. Good job guys
Long lines and terrible service. Never the same people taking or giving you your order. I don't think there are many requirements when it come stop working here. Can you walk? Can you remotely speak English? You're hired. The spicy chicken sandwich is always the best thing on the menu.
I only eat the biscuits from here (popeyes in general). I'm sure their other menu items are phenomenal, But I can't find biscuits like theirs anywhere else. I'll wait in a long line for them if I have to.
Seems like when their short staff food always hot an fresh vs full staff
