I came around brunch time and was served by Ms. Valencia. I ordered the two piece combo and in the matter of 5 minutes I received my food. Ms. Valencia had a great personality and her multitasking skills were shown off as she was very helpful with grabbing all my condiments while taking care of another customer on the register.Cleanliness: 10Speed of my oder: 10Freshness of the food: 8overall atmosphere of the store: 8
I had to stop by Popeyes for the five piece for $6.99. Chicken was hot, seasoned and fresh. I also ordered fries, dirty rice and biscuit. Biscuit was as usual; one of the best. Didn't feel I received enough for the buck as with red beans/ rice. Fries were not made fresh. Staff were average, but I don't expect super friendliness from people at these times. B.R.C.C., local bar and grocery store is in this area.
This Popeyes location (Government Street) is one of the best (along with being the busiest) in Baton Rouge..the food is hot and fresh..the restaurant is clean...the staff is courteous, prompt and efficient with my order..there's a reason good why this location keeps a steady and consistent flow of customers: good service!!
Waited at the drive thru order and instead of taking our order they kept talking to each other over the speaker system - being nice folks we decided to go up to the drive thru window to effectively communicate our order and was rudely told to go back in line because they had too many customers.
The Government Street Popeyes is a good place to go to..the food was good, the staff was courteous and correct with my order..I haven't had any issues at that location so far!?
Rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Don't waste your money here with people who obviously can't contain themselves during a rush. If you're going ti have a attitude, DONT GO TO WORK. Simple. :)
Order was warm, tasty and especially good tonight.Tasted fresh and was nice and spicy. Mashed potatoes and ref beans and rice were on point.One ding, they forgot out biscuits, but besides that, we were pleased with the order.
The worst restaurant ever! Chicken cold, orders always wrong, ghetto staff always with attitudes! One night I witnessed a bunch of the workers at the one off Sherwood Forest Blvd in BR, playing in the lobby while the cars were wrapped around the building, and another time a verbal altercation with a customer in line. Please close them and replace them with Golden Chick, our choice from now on! We have complained constantly about the poor service, and it gets worse! No more complaints, and no more business with Popeyes! We're done! I would give a zero star if I could.
The Food was Delicious but the wait time was bad and they messed up my order but in there defense they are very short handed they are hiring so if you need job try them out
We waited in line for over 35 mins. When it was finally time to order, they were out of almost everything we wanted. After getting our food, it was wrong so we had to go back to correct it. The person was so rude and had an attitude with us for bringing back the incorrect order she gave us. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO BACK TO THIS POPEYES.....
