Went there with a party of 15 and was told we had to sit on two different parts of the restaurant with two different waitresses. In what world does that make sense? The place was dead in there too so there was no excuse of being too busy and not having enough tables. Called Buffalo wild wings up the street and they said there would be no issues sitting a party of 15. We asked the hostes many times if something could be worked out but they could care less. Lost out on a lot of money as we ordered many drinks, apps, meals and desserts. Oh well.
Me and my family first time and the food was awesome. We will be going back soon
The staff were incredibly kind, and I was very well attended to. The only reason why I took a star off, was I wasn't too impressed with the flavors. There were quite a lot of them, but I kind of felt wanting with each one, as if they were missing something important to each time. That said, everything else was absolutely delightful, and I will probably come back soon.
This has become my all time favorite wing place...period!
A wide variety of wing choices and sauces. Every sauce that I've tried has a tasty and unique flavor, and the boneless wings are pretty sizable (about the size of a standard chicken tender). I also tried one of the burgers, which that to I was not disappointed in.
Wings were dry and unappetizing, even though they were ordered (and I paid a fee for)extra wet. Also, be prepared to pay an extra $1 per 5 wings. This surcharge is not mentioned on the website. The fried mac-n-cheese was delicious. Also, what wing place charges extra for celery? This one.
After a ball game needed to pick up four meals. Checked their website and said open until 10 pm. Called at 9;20 to place order but was told the kitchen was closing at 9;30. Asked to place order as I could be there in 10 minutes but was then told that kitchen wouldn't take any more orders. So kitchen is open for 10 more minutes but you won't take my order. Total bullcrap! I understand that many eateries are having staffing problems, but if you aren['t going to stay open then change your hours on your website. Or better yet, find some service people and pay them enough to get them to stay. Not a Plukers regular but now, Pluck you! Never going back.
Pluckers is still providing some of the largest chicken tenders in the game! Staff was friendly however could have been more attentive. I understand many places are understaffed however we asked for more napkins and our extra sauces were never served and basically had to help ourselves in this area. Thank y'all for continuing to provide great food and a fun atmosphere though. We'll always be back. Btw y'all could sell that baker's gold sauce in stores ??
Wings were huge as and tasted like old meat...I tried three ifferent sauces that all sucked and lacked flavor. I actually want to give 0 stars. Second time trying this place. This time I had a friend with me and he had the same experience.
First time here, they have good wings but the service was slow to say they wasn't packed. My utensils were dirty and the drinks seemed kind or watered down.
