It’s kinda sad that you guys have 4 parking spots for curbside & they all are taken up by ppl that’s in the building & the workers don’t want to bring the food to any other parking because of the inconvenience of others at their establishment!

Horrible service. Waitress never checked on us once. She brought us wrong order. I had to find someone to ask for a to go box. I was then told we couldn’t have a big box bc there’s a shortage. We were given three tiny boxes. Lol Waitress wasn’t going to honor free birthday meal with Plucker’s Club. We had to ask for a manager. Menu prices are incorrect by $5. Will not be back to this location. I will stick to the Bluebonnet location and risk getting shot. Lol This place is a joke.

Ordered extra well done wings. Took 45 minutes to get them and they look like they came fresh from a chicken. I sent them back. Took them another hour and it came back with less wings than I sent back. I spoke with management and no corrective action was made. The customer service and food is horrible at this location. Please find somewhere else to eat.

One word...consistent. Our order is always perfect! The wings are perfectly cooked & curbside pickup is super convenient.

Called order in , when I get there I was told they were waiting on the chicken to finish. Food was good not great . Fries were ice cold, fried pickles luke warm, Chicken was hot. Definitely could have been better. Staff was ok seemed more interested in socializing with each other than doing their jobs.

My friends and I love to go here. My favorite items are the fried oreo sundae and the macaroni. They're always playing a sports game on the TVs. The lively atmosphere is good for loud groups.

$1.73 per wing price is way too much. Upcharge they never told us about was extra $2 per 5 wings. We paid over $50 for 30 wings. Never told by server or staff prior to seeing the already high menu prices. But the upcharge is in addition to the menu prices. Family of five price was over $80 for the bill. It’s chicken wings! It’s time for pluckers to shut the doors. They had a good run. I remember when wings were $.25 apiece on wing night. It’s sad to say but the good old days are over… I could buy the same number of wings from the grocery store at $4 per pound for less than $20 but the restaurant has to charge a markup of $30 on top of the $20 cost? I can do math. My dollars go somewhere else from now on. Thanks pluckers for the good times. Shame for them to go out like this. The menu price didn’t match the bill price. BBB will be notified.

Worse service ever. Went for a quick bite. One table in the dining room. We were seated at booth 14. A few tables got seated after us. They were attended to right away. 10 minutes later I see an employee coming from the bathroom. It was our server. All good. He took a drink order. Dropped the coke. Forgot the water and the beer. We waited while he kept taking other tables orders. Ignored us the whole time. Finally one of the other servers brings the beer. Still waiting for this poor excuse of a server to take our order. When the food arrived for the other tables that got seated way after us, and seeing that our”server” was still ignoring us, we finally dropped $5 on the table to cover the drinks we never even touched, got up and left. STEP UP YOUR GAME!!!!

My family stopped in for some wings today and ordered like normal. The menu prices are always high as you are a retail wing peddler which I was fine with. But to get the bill and not be told of the $2 per 5 wings upcharge is ridiculous. If you can’t make money at the current menu price point, you shouldn’t be in the wing business anymore. Maybe it’s time to shut it all down and give up. Regardless of any shortage, you can’t hand menus to people with one price and then charge more and then say “there’s a tiny sign on the wall over there you should have read”. It’s not seafood. If there is a wing shortage, you should find new distribution lines or shut down, but robbing your customers is not a sustainable business model. I’m not a business graduate and even I know that. Good luck saving this place. I hate to see pluckers go down like that, but you are ruining your franchise through poor business practices. I seek no remedy. I left a google review I don’t intend to delete any time soon and that satisfies me. Good luck in the future. I hope y’all save the place.

Dont expect anyone here to care...lazy employees and a worthless manager that cant even control his restaurant. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Wouldn't go back if I was paid
