This happened a couple of weeks ago but I’m just now getting around to posting the review. We order online, both the site and Google maps said they were open. They called us told us they were closed, an hour and a half ahead of what it said. Alright, that’s fine, things happen, I get that.However, when we asked about getting a refund since we had already paid online the lady on the phone was very rude and acted as if we were wasting her time. All we wanted to know was how to get our money back. Should definitely work on improving their customer service.

I had an Uber eats order to pick up and I got there at 10:30pm and the sign said they closed at midnight but the doors were locked and the so called manager ignored me for awhile and then finally yelled through the door that she did not have my order and I had to cancel the order for customer. Really lazy and pathetic customer service in my opinion and I’m quite infuriated that this establishment caused me to miss out on money and upset my customer. There was no reason for them to have the doors locked nearly two hours before the posted closing time.
Service was good. Flavor is good. The iced tea is AWFUL. I have a hard time justifying the $12 and change when Subway is across the road.

I love this place, great food that was made in a timely manner. Staff was pretty friendly.
Went in with a smile, left with a frown... one of the employees thought it was OK to give the pita meant for my wife to a girl who was behind us in line. Meanwhile my pita is getting cold because I don't want to eat before my wife gets her food. Shame shame. Time is money and I don't like having my time wasted. I hesitated to even give this place the time to write this review, but I was that thrown off by the ignorance...
Probably the most underrated spot spot near campus. Prices are good, food is incredible. Always hot, fresh, and delicious. Staff is very friendly as well.
Terrible customer service. The food was good. It's the service. The employees are absolutely terrible. I've been here several times but no longer order from here. They canceled my order twice for no reason. This is two different times. One time I went to pick up my food and all the doors were locked. No one answered the phone. 10 minutes later an employee unlocks the door. Says "He had to go to Walgreens to pick up something". Walgreens is in the same parking lot but he left the restaurant in the middle of his shift. I've been to a few Pita Pits and this is by far the worst one.
