My last 3 visits the food has never been hot. Twice it was cold. We use to enjoy our weekly lunch at Piccadilly but it's gotten to not be enjoyable
Food was okay. Staff was friendly. The place needs to be detailed! All the booth seats were stained and straight up nasty. This concept needs a menu pricing structure upgrade.
Wonderful place for family gathering or just a real food meal good healthy place to eat my favorite is the roast beef in my opinion there's no better place in baton rouge to get roast beef I eat there once a week
Service at this location is great in comparison to others. However, the prices are ridiculous for the portions. They've removed coupons, in lieu of their new points program that even their own cashiers don't acknowledge. Senior citizens can only get their 10% discount between 2-5pm. It seems disrespectful. I've decided to find somewhere else to lunch with my mother.

Food is always Great. Love eating and going there.
Love this Location...very good and friendly customer service. Food is always Hot and fresh...when I went they have gone up on prices though, but who hasn't. I'd rather pay extra for a fresh home cooked meal than running out for unhealthy fast foods.
So apparently employees on the line and in the kitchen are NOT required to wear gloves. Rikki(blue shirt) informed me the by state they are not required to put on gloves. After being in line for 15 minutes I didn’t even see anyone use hand sanitizer. After coming to this location most of my life I can honestly say I nor my family will be returning.
It was a nice place to take my elderly dad and aunt. We all enjoyed our meal and the service.
