Just no! The same food I get from the one located on Sherwood, i ordered here... The roast chicken seemed like it was old, it was so dry and had brunt skin, the carrot souffle was too sweet, my daughters fish was hard and had no flavor... The plan broccoli was good.. but that's it...
THOSE YOUNG LADY VERY LAZY, AND VERY IMPOLITE. THEY NEVER GET YOUR FOOD RIGHT. AND SOMETIMES THE FOOD NOT FRESH. PLATES ARE SMALL PORTIONS FOR THE PRICE. SHERWOOD LOCATION AND ESSEN LOCATION ......EXCELLENT!!!
Food was absolutely cold and undercooked. Complained of the food and they simply microwaved it. I had catfish, which is risky when undercooked. I would avoid dining here until they hire better help that understands how a stove works.

Well the food was great as always but it's a little hard to stand in line behind 30 people trying to get to go orders and you just want to dine in.
Only picked up a whole Chess pie for. My husband loves them. The staff was courteous and professional. The facility was clean and the food looked spectacular!! It was hard to leave with only what I came for ?
The only thing that surpassed the delicious food was the awesome people working there. Thank you for a great experience for my wife and 10 children.
Not sure what’s happening with this location. If they aren’t able to manage the delivery services like Uber eats and waitr, they should just remove themselves from the list. There are three other locations in the city, this one is always late, lagging, inattentive, or canceling orders. Ordering gif pick up is the same thing. Says it’s ready but you get there and nothing. If you don’t want business just say so. This last order didn’t even require them to cook anything. It was 4 desserts (pies). After waiting a bit, it was canceled. What kind of service is that.
