Please give me a call at 225 235 8967 I came in there Thursday, and spent $24.18 for a large pizza for my family dinner. I got home and as we begin to eat the pizza we saw that it was burned black under the bottom. I called back to the restaurant and explain my problem to the young lady and her respond to me was I told you to check your pizza before you left. I checked to see if it was a meat lovers, I didn’t know I had to check the bottom to see if it was burned black. This is unacceptable. Then she hung up.. I am rating the customer service a minus zero. UNACCEPTABLE
The pizza is always good but the prices and wait time aren't.
The pizza is amazing! Stuffed with cheese and toppings with a delicious buttery garlic crust. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the call that the pizza was ready, so make sure you stay on top of possibly not being told your pizza is ready.
Best pizza in town. It's my personal opinion but I take it over schlitz and giggles.
I ordered a pizza from them the day before thanksgiving after waiting an hour to pick it up I Returned home & bit into the pizza just for it to be raw dough. I called and of course no one answered. Once they opened on Friday 11/26 I called to speak with the manager & told her that the pizza that I brought two days before was raw she then told me I needed to bring the pizza in after 2 days. I told her it was in the trash but I did take photos of the pizza in the box , with the receipt an she then stated that they would need to see it for themselves . No accountability whatsoever , or apology .. seriously who holds a raw pizza for two days . This is the prime example of why it is hard supporting black businesses . I have supported them since they first opened but will never return again.. & make sure I don’t recommend others . Please take your hard earned money else where .
Pizza is amazing! Crust, and sauce are on point. Loaded with toppings. A pizza must here in BR.
I got the BR TIger Pizza which includes pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, jalepenos and a lot of cheese. The pizza was quite large and hefty. They don't skimp on the toppings or cheese. I was surprised to how well it was cooked and it turned out delicious. Next time I will get a 10" and perhaps a single topping such as pepperoni to see how that turns out. i also want to try their wings next.
