ive been eating here since i was a kid its AMAZING as always GREAT staff and service if you are visiting for the first time your going to walk in and go straight to the register and write your order down don't forget to put your name on your order then go pick your seat they will call you shortly

Quality lounging and great pizza. Most recommended. The big speakers are over 50 yrs. old from SEEBERG with Altec horns. Good atmosphere for contemplation and self reflection under a freeway overpass.

Very disappointed, I ordered 2 roast beef poboy’s and bread was old and so little roast beef on it. I paid 21 dollars for 2 small poboy I expected better. Now this is the first thing I have had there that I did not enjoy. I will never order a poboy from there again.

Good food good atmosphere, tough to negotiate on first visit during lunch. Write your name and order on a piece of paper and pay when it's ready. Food was good, deep fried banana peppers were diffrent and worth a try, will order again.

Pizza was great. We ordered an "Everything Pizza". No complaints whatsoever on the pizza. Everything else on the menu was very basic bar food, nothing special. If you go, get a pizza.

If you looking for a traditional burger, po'boy or pizza and a beer, this is a place to check out. Long in local history, walk up foor ordering where you fill out the order with pad and pencil, hand it to the cashier and go sit at the bar. Food was very good, good portions, fully dressed Po'boys and fair prices. Bartender was fast and super friendly serving ice cold beers! Worth a try for sure.

We love the bar keep named Jade! I have been eating this lounge after every LSU event for the past 30 years. To order you must walk back to the rear of the lounge. You must write your order on a white paper notebook. Make sure to hand your order to an employee. After you pay when you get your food. For lunch after a 28-mile bike ride we ordered the shrimp poboy.

I had lunch here yesterday afternoon...when I say the service was quick and fast. I ordered a cheeseburger dressed and when I tell you I've never enjoyed such a delicious burger in my life. The two ladies I saw in the back and I wish I had gotten their names, were fast and quick. I enjoyed the way I heard them communicating with one another as I was fixing my drink. The owner has a great staff..please let them know I will definitely be back. Found my new hidden gem for lunch.

The general manager Jamey Travis was a little unpleasant with me. I had ordered a medium build-your-own pizza with 3 toppings on it. According to their menu, this comes out to $9.50 + 3x$1.75 = $14.75 before tax and then about $16.23 after tax. He tried charging me $18.50, and when I tried explaining why I thought there was a mistake, he seemed to think I was trying to argue with him and did not listen to my explanation. Not willing to hear what a customer has to say is never acceptable. He even insisted I was undercharged, and after adjusting the price, I was still slightly overcharged. There was a mistake on my order when I got there. When I placed my order over the phone, the guy repeated back to me the 3 toppings I wanted on the pizza. When I arrived, onions had somehow ended up on the pizza even though this was not one of the toppings I had asked for. When ringing in the orders, you need to make sure you put it in exactly as the customer says. For example, if the customer orders a build-your-own pizza, you need to ring it in as a build-your-own pizza and not a Creole pizza. They for some reason believed I had ordered a Creole pizza, which I did not.Outside of Jamey Travis, the other employees were definitely polite. I haven't decided if I'll be back or not yet. I thought the food was good but not great.

I had hair in my food.. I spoke with the manager and instead of him saying I apologize this happen he gave me every excuse why this is not his employees hair... I have a low buzz cut it certainly wasn't mine... I even got a tour of his kitchen... which he walked me through to show each employees hair.. That could have been equally bad if I would have fell... less learned I will never spend another penny there.
