Best part about this place is the employees, they’re super friendly and clearly hardworking. I hope Panera pays them well because they deserve it. And if the iced coffee dispenser is empty they’ll gladly refill it for you!
Used to be my favorite spot. Now it's barely open and has literary nothing to order. Everything is "sold out". It's sad that other Panera Bread locations in town aren't much better either. Hope this is only limited to the pandemic and it becomes where it used to be.
I’m not a coffee drinker or anything, I just go here to grab some lunch before studying in the hall. My experience has always been very good. Staff is normally very friendly, and the little iPad/kiosk systems work very well. All of the food I’ve gotten has been excellent, and while it takes kind of long for to-go, I order a good amount of food so I understand. Only thing is the price, but I’m using Paw Points so I can’t really complain there.

So today makes the 3rd time I ordered a sandwich with no special mods and somehow they forget to add the meat. I love paying $8 for some bread and vegetables!
They cannot get a morning order right to save their lives. I gave them a second star because these employees were much nicer about correcting my order than the last few.
