Everyday they closed for lunch. Who take that decision? This restaurant need new management. They closed the dine in to work comfortable.
Good customer service and the food is awesome. Much better than most of the small Chinese takeout places. The orange chicken and teriyaki chicken are amazing. Fried rice and super greens are really good too. One of my favorite cheap places to eat.
This specific Panda Express was very efficient and clean. I felt like I was being held by people who were interested in helping me, and I also felt that my order was provided at a very rapid pace. Excellent overall.
It must be the effects of the pandemic. It was my Mom who chose to eat there. I was hoping it would be good considering the time of the day. I wrote them off the last time I visited. The customer service was ridiculous. I guess the focus was on the drive through. Forget about the customers right in front of you. They gave us a wrong order. We got it corrected. No problem. The food was edible at the very least. The rice was undercooked. Nothing was cooked or seasoned right. I literally gave what I didn't eat which was majority of my plate and the wrong order we received to my dog. It is what it is.... Poor management, poorly trained workers. It would be a hit or miss there. Good luck!
You cannot beat the honey walnut shrimp! I can tell you that I have been going to this panda for approximately three years and the service is always been friendly and respectful…Their prices are more than fair for what you get and with the quality and service it’s a trifecta.As someone who believes I am tough but fair they hit all the bells and whistles therefore I must give them 4.5 stars leaning to 5!
The food was good. Hot and fresh. The staff though could have been a bit nicer.
You may drive by and see the Chick-Fil-A line is too long and think let me try panda...WRONG! I've been going here expecting a different result for years now and this place is always out of SOMETHING... so much so i feel it's an obligation to write a thesis to really give justice to this issue.The workers here are either too lazy or too incompetent to ensure they won't be out of something; then they don't offer to make it, so you just sit in the driveby going through the menu trying to pair entree/appetizers that you may find edible or until you awkwardly beg them to cook the item.But if you don't believe me just know... I went today and somehow this is the one Asian restaurant from Baton Rouge to Busan out of white and fried RICE!?!
Food is good here, according to my family. I was upset because there was nothing on their menu without meat in it. I am a vegan, so I didn't get to eat.
So today I decided to treat myself which I haven’t in a while. I wanted Panda Express which I love they chow mien and they Teriyaki chicken. However, at this location the food was not as good as the location back in Metairie, LA. The chicken was overcooked and the noodles was dry. I also want to try they Carb Rangoon and I could of broke my teeth how hard it was. I also came there at opening time which was 10:30 am and all the food was not ready. As far as the staff they was very nice and the restaurant at the time was very clean. However, I will not eat from this location again.
Very good Chinese food. The food was served hot and fresh. Drive through line was pretty long at that location. I waited about 15 minutes in the drive through. I recommend going in the restaurant. Park outside and order inside. It would take way less time. Very recommended.Just a picture my doggo. :D
