Marlene was a great waitress, she recommend great choices. She kept us in the know. There was a bar tender they said he was new, whoever teaching him did a wonderful job with training him because his drinks tasted like he's been doing it for years.Appreciate the warm welcome and great atmosphere and we'll definitely be back to see Marlene!!!!!!
Food was good. I had a great waitress, Jennifer, and the host Joshua was amazing. These two employees made sure everything super easy and continuously made sure we we’re ok. Great staff.
Awesome experience. Great food and very friendly staff. I had the Singapore street noodles and my wife had the signature Lo Mein. Both were great. We could finish, the dish portions were very well served. Would go back..
To be sincere, we had not gone to P.F. Chang's in years and today's experience - lovely manager and great server - is gonna makes go back for sure. We loved the food and the way the made us feel special to them.
My mom and I got lunch togo today from here. We drove all the way back home across the bridge to eat at home. I have now found 5 pieces of egg shell in our food. I called after the 5th piece to let them know of our disappointment and being nervous to eat each bite... The manager was so kind and understanding. She offered a gift card to redeem the matter. We will give them a try again.
A traditional place to stop when passing through town,bar seating works best for me, its quick serve and always taking care of,food is always on point and service is exceptional, love this place!
This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about. You can tell making the customer happy is their main priority. Shrimp and lobster sauce entrée is the best around. Food and drinks are awesome, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.
First time visitor for my birthday and our lunch was awesome! We sat at a table next to the bar and the bartender was also our server. She was so amazing. She suggested menu items for us since it was our first time. Everything we ate was delicious and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!
Our reservations, table set up, service & food was excellent. Special thanks to the prep staff, cooks & especially Trey & Andre, our servers. Everything was delicious & we all enjoyed our family celebration. We will be back!
I was over charged by a waiter 2 weeks ago at this location, however i called an notified the manager right away and I still haven’t received a call back , a refund , or any help due to their waiter putting in and extra tip under my account . The manager Sarah was NO i mean absolutely no help and pretty rude why I’m the customer that they practically took money from ! This was a slow day during lunch time as well , i wasn’t offered no type of help due to this situation. I need my refund ! I’ve given all details on that date and she refuses to go up and beyond to help her customer out . I was over charged 30-40$ more then my total.! Sarah needs better training. If you are a manger you fix the problem not say it’s nothing you can do!
