Will is absolutely one of the best servers I have had in a very long time. He takes pride in making sure that our experience was great. I truly appreciate his hard work. He deserves a raise. Thank you Will for providing Excellent Customer Service ?
Traveling back east, we decided to pull over to eat. Found this Outback Steakhouse which is a couple of miles south of I-12. Not going into specifics, but service could be a little faster. Not sure if the wait is from the server or the kitchen or both. Overall, the server was a courteous and respectful guy. He checked on us periodically. I'd rather have that over fast service, but it took a really long time to get our order (about 55 minutes). If you can see my photo, my baked potato looked liked it was nuked in the microwave for too long. It was small and the skin was burnt inside. Hardly any potato to eat. Also, the lightbulbs in the two-person booths need to be changed to a softer light. I don't think this is an isolated problem at this Outback. We unscrewed our lightbulb because it was so bright and in our eyes.
Outback Jones Creek is by far my favorite location. The food was cooked to perfection and the customer service was top notch. When I called Outback to compliment them on my order , I found out the manager took the time out of his busy night to make sure my order was correct. I special order my food due to an allergy and that says a lot about a person. He genuinely cares about the customers. By the way, I ordered the NY strip and the cut of meat and flavor was amazing. Compliments to the manager and his Staff @ Outback Jones Creek I appreciate the amazing level of customer service I received!
Alisha is the most efficient and friendly as well as hard working waitress I have ever had the pleasure of being waiting on by! My wife and I enjoyed a long time awaited meal together and didn’t have to wait for a thing and hardly had to request anything she was so intuitive! Great conversationalist as well!!! We will be back!!!!

Outback Jones Creek is AWESOME!! Perfectly cooked food, exceptional customer service! Definitely going back. They catered a party of 100 people with 3 days noticed. I needed everything individually packaged and they went above and beyond! All meals were perfectly packaged down to the utensils. When you order 60 steaks you might think some won’t be cooked perfectly but every single meal was great! The salmon was very popular as well. Also, they deliver. What a lifesaver! Albert was available for every question I had and called me back as promised every time. Please tell your team at Outback Jones Creek I appreciate the amazing level of customer service I received!!

I had a great time there while celebrating my friend's bday @ the Jones Creek location. Jeremy did an excellent job as our server. He was very informative about our options, polite and punctual. He was down to earth and easy to communicate with. The food was served hot. The presentation, quality and taste was properly executed, according to our requests. Overall, job well done team. the food was very good and our server Jeremy B was very nice and welcoming! we came for my brothers birthday and everything turned out great. we’ll definitely be coming back and maybe even bring a few more people along!
Jeremy B was our awesome waiter. He was very cordial and attentive. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and just how we like and ordered them. Portions were great! Will definitely be back.
