Dylan H was an amazing server! He help everyone with what to get and he made sure that our table was happy the whole time.
Our server Robert was super attentive and very friendly. Our drinks were always filled, and our food came out hot and in a timely manor. The manager John checked in and made sure we were satisfied.
We had the best dinner here tonight! Although it was busy, everyone was polite and wait times were reasonable. We were sat in a timely manner and taken care of immediately. The service was the best I have ever had at Outback. I noticed the manager, John, passed our table several times making sure we were taken care of, as well as the other guests. I was very impressed that he was helping his servers out in any way he could to make the night run as best as possible. The best management, the best service, the best food! Our steaks were wonderful. Would highly recommend and we will be back! If every Outback had a manager as engaged as John at the Baton Rouge location, they would all run this smooth!
We had Vee as our server she was perfect. Very nice and polite. Ask for her if you come in. The food was great and the service was even better.
Dined in an hour before closing and at most restaurants you can tell you are being an inconvenience. NOT HERE! Our wonderful server Robert promptly seated us and made sure our entire meal was to our perfection. The atmosphere was uplifting and positive. The employees were chipper, the food was fantastic, and we never had to wait on anything. We will certainly be back to enjoy another meal again soon!
Awesome service! This is my family and I second visit within the last three days. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. Our server, Dylan H. was very knowledgeable with the menu. Every question we had, he was able to answer with no problem. Our food was perfect! Both visits! The managers walked by to make sure everything was good. I notice the staff working together as a team. Very pleasant experience. Keep up the great work guys:)
Outback on Acadian is awesome. Waiter Dylan very attentive. The manager Josh is just as great. Food awesome, it came out fast and hot. The presentation of the food was great. Establishment clean and pleasant. That's why I gave 5 stars. I'm always pleased when I visit here. Keep up the good work.

Me. Hollis our waiter and Marisa the manager were so amazing! Amazing service, and even offered us a desert to go. We love eating at outback! The manager came by to chat with us and Mr. Hollis was on top of his game!
Just wanted to say the staff here is on point on cleanliness and knowledge of their menu. Sat at the bar the other day day and they were busy and the lady behind the bar keep it spotless waiting on different customers and so sweet not sure her name but she honestly made my day and seemed to really enjoy her job and you don’t see that much. I wanted the prime rib and it was actually cooked exactly how I liked it and it was AMAZING! had to bring half of it home because it was HUGE! Thanks for a great experience there it honestly made my day!
