super good, janece and ailynn are so great and super helpful when choosing flavors. only downside is waiting but they are working super hard and are great at their job!

The snowballs are dry. They are not juicy like in New Orleans. They don't know the protocol for making a stuffed snowball so it blends when you eat it.
I love their snowballs so much. The only bad experience I had was I was waiting 15 minutes in the heat to get I large snowball, and the employee told me she closed for the day. Which I understood. I wish she had told me earlier because she had seen me. But I understood, she was only one working at the time. I do recommend this place, as I love the flavors. The ice quality is the best ive had around.
The snowballs are amazing! Only drawback is it takes forever to get your order even when there isn't many people waiting. Also, they need a better way to keep customers orders organized. Assign a name or number, didn't need to be fussed at because I thought I was the next in line and took what was HANDED to me and turned out there was another waiting custome in their car.
