Ordered Waitr from this location. Got 2 combos that SHOULD have come with 2 drinks. The Waitr driver even asked the person she picked the food up from if there were any drinks and was told NO. The driver called the restaurant to see how they wanted to handle it. The employee asked to talk to me. She then insinuated that I was lying about ordering drinks. She then told me if I wanted my drinks (THAT I PAID FOR AND PAID TO HAVE DELIVERED) that I could drive to the restaurant, bring my receipt and get them. I asked to speak to a manager because of the rude way she was talking to me. She put the phone down and never came back to the phone. I waited for ten minutes and then gave up. This one star review is not the missing drinks. Its about the poor quality of employees this location has working for them.
Food is delicious when you eat there, but they ALWAYS mess up to-go orders. If you don't check your bag, you WILL be missing any extras that you may have ordered. I've also gotten a completely wrong burger on more than one occasion. I don't have the patience to unpack and unwrap a burger to make sure it is correct before leaving. The employees need to do better. This is why I've stopped going to this location.
Mrs V was an angel sent from heaven. She made sure we had the best experience possible. The food was insanely delicious. Juicy delectable burger with juicy meat and a fresh soft bun. I will be coming back here very often!
Many complaints. For teacher appreciation week, my principal sent me a flyer and there was a Facebook post with this location tagged about an event where teachers get a free burger with purchase of fries and a drink. They were dumbfounded when two of my teacher friends and I arrived. Instead of “you’re teachers? It’s teacher appreciation week? Well we really appreciate you, we’ll go ahead and add a manual discount even though we weren’t aware of this publicized event,” we got mean stares and confusion. We felt pressured to order and out of the three of us we only got $8 in discounts. They even pressured us to tip. I’ve worked in fast food before and I understand it’s not all rainbows and sunshine. But why couldn’t they have just given us the discount for teacher appreciation week? Also, the fries are literally five dollars. I’m gonna go to 5 guys next time.

Food was mediocre at best, but was borderline soggy and no flavor at all to the food. Cashier was not proficient with ringing up the order. The restaurant in general was filthy. Dust and moldy water spots on ceiling. Dust over kitchen area. No towels in restroom,no sanitizer at station. I was really disappointed, I hadn't been here in a couple of years. This place has went downhill drastically. Only redemption was we was the only customers. I will not return to this location.
I work nearby and gave it a shot. Went with the gift card and free burger deal. Dow loaded the app and will get free fries too. So all that and I got the swiss mushroom but pepper jack instead. Quality burger, good size , not overly greasy, staff was friendly.
I took my friend Gabriel to eat dinner here tonight. The service by Mr. Chas was phenomenal! That man deserves a raise! He was on top of his game the entire time we were there. He was very friendly and welcoming! Thank you Chas for the wonderful experience tonight.
I haven't been at this location in a while do to poor service. I came in today Saturday April 9thAnd I was blown away by the service and food was outstanding.I approached the gentleman that I assumed was the manager to let him know hiw outstanding and we will be back for sure..We where checked on without them being intrusive.Food was just amazing wow wow wow wow..Can't wait to come back
