I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately I was disappointed.Pasta sauce is WAY WAY WAAAY TOO SWEET, and almost $15 for lunch portion is a little expensive. Ceasar dressing tasted like straight up anchovies, couldn't finish the meal...

I was reminded again today why I would not eat Monjunis, again. I ordered a chicken Parmesan, half dozen toasted ravioli and a piece of tiramisu. The cost was $44, and I had to place a to go order. When I got in the car and checked my order, there was no eating utensils, only five ravioli instead of six, and they forgot to put the tiramisu in the bag. Poor poor service and very little food for the money. Won’t be going back. They didn’t apologize when I went back and confronted them.

A small intimate spot with really good Italian dishes. Anything with their original red sauce is highly recommended.

I ordered a spaghetti and meatball dish with a Caesar salad. However I never received my salad. The food was not a good temperature (kind of cold) the table I was at was dirty. The staff was nice ? I love Italian food so I was just trying out a different place. Oh and the additional meatball was 6$ for one meatball ?

I can tell you how critically underwhelmed I was with this place. With a party of twenty and a volly of different dishes sampled I can tell you there will not be a return trip. With the starters 3 people ordered calamari and 2 of them tried giving the rest away to the rest of the table. With entrees nearly no one finished their meal and many didn't even make a big dent. I had the meatball sub and found the meat to be on the dry side and even the person next to me said it before I commented. The shrimp dish next to me I tried and found the shrimp was overcooked and dry. Everyone at the table commented about the sweetness of the marinara dishes. The decor and the staff where nice though.

Great little place hidden from the rest of BR. Friday for lunch it was not busy at all. Quit atmosphere. Lived here my whole life and just discovered it. Great service. Food was good. Free bread with marinara sauce ?. Marinara sauce was SUPER SWEET. And the same sauce was used on the lasagna, however the server tells me that you can request the tomato basil red sauce as a replacement for a more traditional Sicilian flavor. Which I plan to try next time. Homemade caesar dressing was very good. Only thing that would have been better would have been a clean table. ? I think it was just overlooked as a simple mistake. ?‍♂️

Not at all good. Roast beef is more like chipped beef or almost rehydrated beef jerky. Haven't tried the veal which was represented as a sandwich and the muffalato is sub par. Not at all happy with this $55 purchase. Totally Unsatisfactory!

Super friendly staff, quick service, good was good, just be ready for reality sweety red sauce. If you like it that way, you'll love it.

They were very nice and quick service even with being very busy and a line !
