False advertising with the prices on the signs, when you order at the window it's another price. Food was okay, not anything to brag on. I probably wouldn't return.
All that money they making & they can’t fix they drive thru , nor speaker /get a new menu!!! Black people ! It’s always a hit or miss with them. Weird people ! If they dine in closed they need to have the door locked ! Simple
They’re donuts are great, but the service is poor. Id rather go inside to order, but Im stuck going through the drive through and that is just as unpleasant. The speaker doesn’t work and thats no problem thats a lot of restaurants nowadays, but the drive thru pavement is horrible and there are so many bumps and maybe even some pot holes. Their google is horribly managed and misleading. How is google currently saying its open but when I pulled up it was closed? It says 5am-1pm on google and is even painted on the side of the building itself, but on when exactly? Or do they just open when they feel like it? All the stuff you have to go through for some donuts makes it feel like its not worth it anymore and that I’d rather try my luck elsewhere.
First of all, $8.99 for three burnt pancakes and sausage too hot to eat!. The manager got an attitude when I called him so I just hung up!
Needed to pick up an order and was told I had to go through the drive-thru. That's all well and fine but the line was well into the street. They could have easily packed the order in the lobby but I guess that was too good for them. Very unprofessional and rude.
They only serve breakfast so they're only open half of the day, but you have SO much to choose from including pastries like doughnuts and beignets. My friend had me take her this morning and I didn't regret it at all!! Will go back soon!
This speaker don't work the wait time is long 20mins. Got my food it's missing ingredients. High as the food is they might wanna get it rite. This the reason I stopped going here
Very unprofessional. I order ahead and once I went to pick my order up after 45 of waiting I was told I had to wait in the drive thur for orders placed ahead . Which I didn’t understand because I was notified my order was ready. After spending 10 min in the drive thru I was told my order was still not ready and to pull forward and wait after another 10 min I just had to go. After talking to the owner I realized that it’s all a scam and they don’t make orders ahead it’s a tasked to get money and provide bad service
This was my worst experience ever. I had. Taste for donuts and was greeted with a nasty attitude and I ordered donuts and got this I will be posting this picture of what I got on all of my social media sites.
Terrible customer service went on 2/15/22 asked apple fritter started eat it’s fulll of nuts called business back manager told me that was there receipt declined to give my money back or to give something else the manager with his nasty attitude told me there is nothing else to discuss and Hung after it became a shouting match he is very disrespectful with that nasty business and no signs posted about nuts in doughnuts kids go there he’s not gonna stop till he gets major shut down lawsuit or someone dying from his careless actions he needs training or better yet if you don’t want to provide customer service sell the business and stay home in front your television.
