Incredible service! Holly and Will were our servers. The food was great but the service is unmatched. Will come again!!

excellent service. friendly atmosphere, the food is superb.

Went to Mike Anderson's for lunch with my mom. Everything was fine until we received salty chargrilled oysters. The rest of our food was fine, but the oysters were not edible because they were too salty. We got the server to ask for more. He came back with suggestions like "they could hose them off and redo them." They suggested RECOOKING the oysters after they hosed them off! The manager comes over and says that my mother could have high blood pressure or her taste buds could be off as the reason why they were salty to her. He blamed us rather than taking responsibility for the food his kitchen put out being unsatisfactory. They were salty to me as well. So after diagnosing a medical condition he calls the police because we refuse to pay for not only food we weren't eating, but food that wasn't good and that he wasn't willing to fix properly. The leg he stands on is the clause at the bottom of the menu that says "all sales are final." In my opinion it should be final when you give me a product worth paying for. This is upsetting because we frequent the restaurant quite often and it is(was) one of my favorite restaurants. This manager needs to be reprimanded for his horrible customer service. He is costing the restaurant way more than what those oysters were worth. To me they know their food wasn't up to par so they uphold this policy to combat the food waste cost. Anyone dining there should be aware of this policy if they choose to dine with them. Bad food happens, but not being willing to properly rectify the situation is problematic. We were forced to pay for food we did not eat nor enjoy. The oysters were left on the table. After we did a report with the police, we paid the FULL bill and tipped the server. The manager knew there was something wrong with the food because he had the cook make him an oyster with a new topping on it. The cook literally brought it to him in front of us then he walked him back for us to not see what he was doing. He was blatantly wrong. The manager decided to flex his power and ban us from the restaurant. We weren't planning to come back, but his actions were unwarranted. The solution was simple.

We held our Annual Knights of Columbus Council Banquet at Mike Anderson’s Seafood Restaurant this weekend. It was a great experience! Angelle, the Banquets Manager, worked with me to coordinate the event. She did an amazing job of communicating with me to ensure our needs and all the specific details were planned and executed perfectly! We received a number of different choices for our meals and at a very fair price. Most importantly, the food was delicious! Additionally, Angelle and her staff of Holly, Will and Macy did a phenomenal job of serving us during the entire night! Everyone who attended was very happy. I would highly recommend holding a special occasion or banquet at Mike Anderson’s, or just going there for dinner any night of the week! You won’t be disappointed!

The food was great I got grilled shrimp which was very good. My birthday was today but I ate there on Monday with a friend. I told the waitress that I was celebrating my birthday, I had dessert already the Praline pie which is tall pie with a chocolate cookie crust. I was also given to bring home a piece of their famous Lemonade Pie, Ice cream as well. I haven't tasted it yet, still in my freezer. They are priced high, but the food is worth it, plus seafood dishes are normally high.

Great retirement presentation in a banquet room. One of the three choices, this was the broiled selection with topping.

My experience at this restaurant was not great. We waited over 50 mins to be seated. The hostess kept making excuses as to why we could not be seated when she originally told us. It was only supposed to be a 15 min wait. We had 7 people. A walk in party bigger than ours came in after us and were seated before us. When we were finally seated, our server was AMAZING, however, the food was not. I had a seafood salad and the seafood was ice cold and had a bad smell to it. The pasta that was ordered was not good and the one of our orders came out wrong. The best thing about the food was the dessert. Honesty, I don't see myself coming back. We did not enjoy our experience. Even with the awesome server, it's not enough to bring back my business.

The food was very good. The stuffed potato was on point and tye brownie dessert was GOODT!!! The only thing I didn't like was the crabmeat au gratin. It was like cheese and seasoning blend in a bowl. The waiter said it had noodles in it but I didn't taste any. Everything else was good though

Absolutely phenomenal seafood experience. A true Cajun feast! The Oysters were massive! And you could taste the freshness. The crawfish? Unbelievable! Spicy, flavorful, and massive! Couldn't get enough.

While the food is good, customer service is sub-par. This location came highly recommended by a local. After reading the many reviews about rude personnel, we were hesitant but tried it anyways. I would recommend other local seafood spots.
