cute shop with yummy yogurt, lots of options but sometimes it isn't as maintained as it should be.
I took my four year old son here twice within a two week time frame. Both times we went the machines were blinking saying “low”. It was shocking almost because there were no customers in the store just one customer sitting outside of their doors. The machines seem almost like a chore to use just to fill your cup to your desired amount. Plus, the frozen yogurt melts so fast upon sitting to enjoy it. Overall, the customer service was great and my son doesn’t mind his melted frozen yogurt with candy. ?

Small selection compared to larger stores I've been to but the two flavors I did get were worth it.

Best customer service I have had in a while
The service was terrible! So I wanted to treat my little cousin for some fro-yo because she wanted a frozen treat. When we entered we noticed there were no cups to sample the froyo so I asked the lady standing there what happened to the samples and she explained that people were abusing the samples which I 100% understand so we grab a cup and this lady is WATCHING us and my cousin didn’t want a certain flavor so she wanted to throw the cup away but the lady told her that I needed to pay for it! So my cousin then put another flavor on top and we continued. Then my cousin didn’t want a brownie she placed in her bowl and wanted to throw it away but the lady said “She can throw it away if she wants but you still have to pay for it! Then my cousins friend heard her say “if you didn’t want the brownie then why pick it up? Your not suppose to be trying stuff!” If I had heard that when she said it, I would have left without paying! That was extremely unprofessional and will not be buying from this corporation again! I don’t remember the name of the lady but she had the nastiest attitude and extremely prejudice towards me and my cousin!

Nice place for a quick dessert.
Lights on but doors locked, no one around. Showed up at 6pm on a Monday, hours say open till 9 sign on door says open till 9.
