Ultimate customer service fail. District Manager, you need to come to assess the horrible customer service at this particular location. Customers, if you want to be belittled and laughed at by employees at this location then by all means, have fun.

Staff was changing garbage can bags near counter, touching phones, no gloves or handwashing observed. They were laughing and joking unprofessionally in plain view behind counter.

I've posted a couple of times to sew about McDonald's and I wouldn't want to say anything that will cost someone their job but McDonald's need to do something with these disrespectful young people especially on Florida boulevard there's so much profanity and I've noticed a young lady playing in a hair and then report it to the manager and I heard the young lady to say to me get the ---- out of here and the manager didn't pull it to the side and talk to her she told her standing right there in my face which I didn't care don't nobody want food after you played in your hair and then taking the bun and slapping it all down with the same gloves on just nasty

They didn't seem to believe someone could want a hamburger with no cheese, plain, just meat and bread only. The Manager said I should've said, "Plain." I told him I did say that, as well as, "No cheese, meat and bread only." He was nice about it and laughed when I told him no one ever believes I want UNSWEET tea either. People often try to correct me. This McDonald's did get that part right! ? The line was slow, but we liked that they had a third window to pick up from so employees didn't have to go outside if they ask you to pull up.

Ordered a fish meal extra tartar with a coke. Got a cold sandwich that hardly had tartar on it, cold fries and sweet tea. Essan lane really needs to do better.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have video footage of the disgusting attitudes of the night shift crew and their made up rules… oh did you know that “if a customer doesn’t buy anything they are obligated to pay for a cup of water “??? Oh And that “rule “ ONLY APPLIES AT NIGHT AT THIS LOCATION .. I drove to the Drusilla location shortly after and even asked if that was a thing … guess what ? ITS NOT ! Lol this location is TERRIBLE … the store manager needs to have a meeting … they all over the place

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal and when I got home it was just a quarter pounder with cheese. Why do they insist on not putting ketchup in the bag even when you have french fries?

hoorah for mcdonalds relocation, burbank and west lee drive ... the winndixie location has been a rough spot for several business even waaay before neighborhood walmart and rousses presences ... but years later redoing that intersection somehow seemed to eliminate easy access to that mcdonalds ... the redoing was to help traffic management but mcdonalds customers could no longer get there or get anywhere from there without a lot of fuss ... not only did the redoing affect the location, it affected the workers who were trying to serve irritated customers ... each felt wronged and you could watch over time the deterioration ... i mean who wants to go very long without their $1 best fountain drink and warmed apple ? fritter ... and then the pandemic cut off shipments and most of the time no fritter even if you did make special effort to get to mcdonalds for that $1 soda pop ... anyway mcdonalds, good for you and your double order lanes ... ?

Only got 1 hashbrown and the orange juice was warm. Gave us attitude when we asked for a lemonade, and they said they don't sell lemonade, which seems unlikely. Breakfast combo was way too expensive for the amount and quality of food you get.

Pulled up to order dinner tonight around 7 PM in the mobile app stage the store was closed. Pulled into the drive-through to order a milkshake and all they had was vanilla. McDonald’s needs to pull milkshades off their menu cause I can never keep them in stock.
