They gave us raw food and when we brought it back, a lady threw it in the trash and said the only thing she could do is remake it. No apology, no other compensation. QPC was still PINK inside. We took the remade one and heard her tell the manager to make sure the meat was cooked as the first one was pink. The remade one was still not fully cooked…
The absolute worst in every way. No personal interaction that was not rude. They have a kiosk to order from. Once you go thru that you are prompted to grab a number to bring to table. What good is that when they do NOT bring your food. Just sitting there waiting for nothing. Then when asked you are greeted with the rudest person that you just watched eating fries straight from the basket. She let us no quick "I don't bring you nutin". Well someone else was cleaning the table we did everything else as a customer.
Went for breakfest at this location and people were there lights were on but i sat in the drive thru for 10 min with no response. Its like this at this location every time i try in the morning. I have NO idea how this place makes enough money to stay open. Needs some changes b4 i even think of coming back. If ur in need of breakfeast the race track next door is the better option IMO
Only gave a star because I had too poor service I sat at the outside intercom for 10 min while the inside lane was moving vehicle by vehicle. I think if your equipment don’t maybe you should put up a sign. Now I have wasted part of my lunch and I haven’t even ate yet. Do better

Awful. After ordering they tell me i can't order my mcflurry. Had to change what I ordered. Dirty, wet floor and they have people sleeping inside. Super noisy and annoying place. DON'T COME.
One of the better locations in the Baton Rouge area. Food consistent with McDonald's standards. Best point of this location is easy entry and exit compared to most McDonald locations.
Nothing! Service was terrible and they gave us the wrong food 3 times. Manager was very rude. This is our first time in Baton Rough. The nuggets were nasty once we got the right order. She even short us 10 nuggets and got rude again.
Positive first... Food was fresh when I finally received my bag... Truth about my visit... Cashier entered digital coupon wrong and system automatically charged my card for the wrong amount. When nicely questioned the clerk took offense to me asking about the cost and then proceeded to argue with me until I asked for a manager. While I waited for management the 2nd window clerk attempted to explain what her friend had done in a very hostile tone. As if I had no right to seek assistance to correct the bill... Very disturbing... Advice to McDonald's and Valuzzo Management... A part of customer service training at this location should include not having personal conversations while taking an order, maintaining a pleasant disposition and being attentive to detail. Customer service has gone in the toilet. I won't be using this location again.
Good deals going on any 2 large sandwiches for $ 6... But a lot of times they're slow going through drive thru and the one these working windows has a sour attitude.
