This is a great ice cream parlor! A clean establishment with public restrooms that have hands free dispensers (for the covid minded). And a VAST selection (and variety) of guilty pleasures.
We took our grandson’s to eat ice cream and ended up all eating cones . Delicious and a good selection with toppings. Cookie also available Pricing medium upward .
Absolutely horrible.Asked for one small scoop of chocolate ice cream in a cone that's it. Charged me almost 10$!!! For one damn measly scoop of ice cream. Worker could not tell me why it cost this much and also said she didn't have the time to explain it to customers. My son already started eating the ice cream or I would not of payed.This place is straight up ripping people off and they don't care at all. Save your money and run far from here. The workers were rude and looked super rough
The lady broke my waffle cone while scooping ice cream inside. Also she dipped the cone into the container of coconut flakes, instead of sprinkling them on top. It had coconut and other random pieces of other condiments like white chocolatechips. This is an allergy risk. Totally gross. She offered to put it in a cup, it was dirty with black specks. Just disappointed in the unsanitary practices at this location.
Close this place!!! iii asked for a cookies and cream milkshake and all i got was a cup full of milk with mashed up cookies...LITERALLY. The whip cream wasn’t even good.. i need my 8$ back right now. They don’t even know how to make the stuff they selling
Every time the guy work there he dont wash out anything he just use the same Blender the Pina colada was horrible tasted like spoiled milk i couldn't drink it i throw it away but i wont go back again I uaed to go get the strawberry smoothie but i don't even want that anymore.
What can I say...just TERRIBLE!! I got a small cup of the birthday cake banana which includes gummy bears and sprinkles he gave me m&ms instead, also when I went to check out I gave him excavator 20 dollars and the owner gave me back 2 dollars and the total was 7.84, so he owed me 12$ Nor did he hand me a receipt!! whenever I went back to get a receipt he said I dont have one for you and I gave him 10 dollars! These people are THEIFS AND TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL...I will not be going back to this marble slab ever again!!!
The owner of this Marble Slab is hilariously awful. My friends and I have gone here on multiple occasions and he is always rude and impatient. The owner heckled us after buying one coke ICEE, presumably because it's not expensive at all. However it is on the menu so I do not see an issue with ordering something off the menu. My other friend ordered a milkshake and it was made incorrectly. When they asked for it to be remade, the owner ARGUED with my friend that it WAS NOT THE SAME CUP. I'm baffled. Where else would we have gotten a Marble Slab Creamery cup in the mall? I mean honestly, just say you don't want to remake the product as opposed to lying straight to our faces. Unfortunately won't be going back as we simply cannot support this rude man. (Side note: the girls working there are lovely and nice. It is the owner who is the issue).
I don’t suggest eating here...the ice cream is freezer burnt and they don’t ask you if you want anything mixed in. The marble slab was defrosting and wet.
