Simply delicious! The menu and off the menu specials offer a nice variety of meals. Everything we have ordered here has been wonderful. May be the best restaurant in Baton Rouge.
Been here several times and will keep coming back! Can get busy, but I can understand why - unbelievable service and food! I typically recommend them to most Baton Rouge newcomers I speak with. The Grits & Grillades is my go-to.
Probably the best lobster I've had in a while. Joel was our waiter and was great and on point with all recommendations. I also had an extra dirty martini made exactly how I like it, with a vodka he recommended that did not disappoint. Everyone in my family loved what they got and felt well taken care of. Desert sticked the landing as well. This is the place to go.
My wife and I went for a meal here because of all the positive reviews. We were celebrating an early anniversary and we both wanted good seafood. The restaurant was very cozy and we were seated when we arrived ( we had reservations ) and the servers were great in giving us the specials for the evening. Our appetizers were the crab cakes and stuffed mushrooms. They were excellent. For our meal I had the black drum with shrimp and crab cooked in parchment paper, my wife had the black drum with crab in lemon butter sauce. I have eaten all over the United States and I have never had such a wonderful meal. I was simply superb. We had the Blueberry Bread pudding for dessert. If you want to have a taste of heaven, order this pudding. It was absolutely fantastic. Needless to say our evening was perfect thanks to this fine establishment.

I was recommended this place by a co worker. This place gets super busy! Parking is a little limited with overflow next door. I was dining solo, and they were able to accommodate me at the bar. Service was very friendly and quick! I ordered the special which was red fish topped with Courtbouillon served with a twice baked potato and a side salad. Holy cow, it was so freaking good. Dish was extremely flavorful and not so heavy. I ate everything on that plate. I got a cheesecake to go, and it was decent. I will be back! It was fantastic.
