Food was good.
Combo's w/tea
The gyro tacos were FANTASTIC! Not the typical order for a Mexican restaurant but the choice was made and fully celebrated. The house margaritas were also tasty. Coming from Texas we had high expectations and were not disappointed with the gyro and margarita choice! Thank you for a great dining experience!
My waiter was very nice and even helped me and was patient while I tried to order in Spanish. The margarita was great and I liked all the different flavors that were available and they offered frozen. During happy hour they double the size of the small. The chips were hot and fresh and sitting on the patio was really nice.Other than that, the food was good but not super memorable or authentic tasting. I went on taco Tuesday thinking there would be some additional taco specials but it was only on ground beef tacos and one other one. I think he said they were $2 or $3. I ordered the taos al carbon. My waiter explained that I could get different ones instead of all 3 of the same for an upcharge so I got chicken, steak and shrimp so I could try all 3. The portion sizes were smaller than I would expect for dinner sizes and the flavor was just okay. But it did come out quickly after I ordered it.It wasn't super packed but my waiter had lots of tables so he didn't come back and check super often. He was very thorough and did not rush at all while he was at my table which is probably why it took so long. He was taking his time with all of his tables which was nice. I would return for happy hour margaritas but not necessarily for authentic Mexican.Based on just food I'd give 3 stars but Anuar's friendly and personable demeanor pushed them to 4.
I would post a photo of our meal but I ate it all!! I want to fall over and take a nap! Food was delicious! Atmosphere is great drinks are on par! If you havent been in here yet, you're missing out!
This was the most OK restaurant I’ve eaten at. The service was probably the best part of my experience. Nothing was spectacular nor was anything awful. I would also like to add that I have never been to a Mexican restaurant that had a little Mediterranean influence. I ordered the Fajita La Torre. The steak was definitely my favorite of the three meats. The shrimp were rubbery due them being overcooked, but their flavor was OK. The chicken was not good. Its flavor was off putting for me, but the lime wedge help mask the taste. Overall, I would recommend another Mexican restaurant.
I was having a very rough day and the wonderful food and amazing waitstaff made it soooo much better! That margarita was 2 for 1 and our waiter was attentive, undisruptive and very happy. I love this place and the food is excellent! Ty very much for turning a very upsetting day into something I could handle. I will be eating here regularly! Ty again!
Had lunch with great friends and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. We were greeted by a very welcoming staff member and were seated quickly on the patio. The chips were toasty warm and the salsa was delicious with just the right combination of spices for flavor and a touch of heat.I had the chicken fajitas. The chicken was flavorful and tender, and the onions and peppers were very good, but could have used more char. The beans, rice, and pico were well flavored and complimented the fajitas perfectly.I had iced tea and it was fresh brewed and perfect.A great meal, wonderful atmosphere, and great friends. We will be back.
We had lunch today and had the kindest waiter, Jay. He was soft spoken and sweet. We even jokingly offered him to sit with us ? We had 3 appetizers, which was yummy! Go see Jay, for a superb service!!
This is the second time I gave them a try. Horrible service both times. Our waiter would walk by us to check on other tables and never look our way even when teying to flag him down. And to top it off they feel it is okay to change the tip on your bill after you leave! left 86 cents for the lack of service and they changed it to $5. Not acceptable in any way!
