They take allergies very seriously! It’s great to eat somewhere you can trust! Very impressed! ?

The Pizza was great. The employees collectively have the personality of a dish rag.

I’ve been going to the Lit Pizza for a few years and I’ve always received mediocre service. Until this week. My special needs niece and I went to Corporate Blvd location The young lady who waited on us was phenomenal and patient. The young lady’s name was Charlie. I’m trying to teach my niece how to be more independent and this is often a challenge. She has difficulty explaining how she feels or what she actually wants. Charlie let my niece order, spoke directly to her and she was completely patient with her. Charlie pointed to every single item and told my niece what every topping was and let my niece decide if she wanted it or not. She NEVER made us feel rushed. This is something that is rare in a world that is always in a rush. It touched my heart to be reminded that not everyone will judge my niece or anyone else with special needs. We will be back

The pizza was good. The employees were also nice and treated us good even though we went there close to the closing time. They did not try to rush us or seem frustrated to serve at the last minute which is so rare to find. I absolutely loved this place. They have vegan options which is definitely a plus. Once you try them, you’ll definitely keep going back like we did. I’m glad I found this place.

Idk if this is the right location (I’m from Covington) but if Adam is there then this is it …. It was our first time in and He was very helpful !! We got 3 diff pizzas and they were great !! 2 of em could’ve been cooked a bit longer but other than that all was great !!!

Love the food and the employees are usally nice but...Place is always trashed from the rush,Constantly get skipped over by online orders,Can never order online when I want Lit,Seems like there is a new crew every two weeks,Pizzas alway have center loaded toppings,Pizza cutter is always loaded with ingredients I don't want.Place is in need of leadership because the food is great. I hope the owners address these points because I can't keep giving them chances to change.

An excellent option for people who want a real (non comercial) pizza. It is a pretty good place and it is not expensive. It is the first stop when my family came to visit me from abroad

We tried to do a pick up order tonight at the Elmwood location right before 8pm (online and on the sign said closes at 9pm). So my husband walks in and immediately the workers behind the counter are rude in how they are saying they’re closed. Apparently there was a handwritten sign (obviously not clearly displayed because another lady didnt see it as well) and to be asked “if we can read the sign?”. For just opening up, there is no need to be rude if 2 places have it that you are closed at 9 and especially if the door isn’t locked. Didn’t really leave a good impression on us to come back and the attitudes were totally unnecessary.

Felt welcome right when walking in. Employees focused on what I wanted on my pizza's. Restaurant was very busy but the process went quickly. Great atmosphere and friendly employees that knew what to do to provide a great dining experience. Would recommend for fast service!

I was really scared when I walked in and saw all of the flour! I prepared myself to be sick later even though I was ordering a gluten free pizza. The absolute BEST service for someone who cannot eat gluten. They were so cautious of cross contamination! Highly recommend!
