I’m on a low carb way of eating but I do love Italian food. It can be hard to find Italian food I can eat, EXCEPT at La Divina! Their salads are fantastic, especially the caprese. The atmosphere is cosy and intimate and the staff is super friendly!
I have walked by La Davina so many times and finally stopped in to try their Gelato. There were so many different flavors and homemade waffle cups/cones. We tried Peanut Butter Cup in a waffle cone and the other I had to do a combo of Chocolate and Mascarpone Fig in a waffle cup -- so unexpected and so awesome! I will definitely be back! Keep up the great work!
We always stop at La Divina when we are driving through Baton Rouge. They have good breakfast paninis, and sandwiches and salads for lunch. Plus excellent cappuccino, teas and gelato. The food is fresh and it feels like they put care into it. The owner and the workers are friendly and helpful. They have cafe tables but you can also get things to go.
I ventured here this morning for a breakfast. La Divina is the cutest little shop. The owner greeted me at the door. As soon as I stepped inside, I felt welcomed. Had a cup of coffee at the bar while waiting on my breakfast. I had the biscuit & grits. The chef went above and beyond to make sure I had the most delicious grits. The grits as well as the homemade biscuit & preserved fruit were delicious! I will be back!
Fantastic place! Customer service was excellent! The food was delicious! Everything came fast. If you are in the area please give it a try. This will be my new favorite place when I visit Baton Rouge.
Live music and good food ! I recommend the paninis, lasagna, mango and cotton candy gelato. I don’t live in the area but if I did, I would come back regularly.
My father, my husband and myself Loved the gelato and the cream cheese filled cheese cake! Coffee was great! Wine not so much.
Very cool little place. Didn't try any food, but have lots of options. Will definitely try next time!
The food and gelato is incredible, but the best part is the service. The staff is so kind and helpful and makes the experience of eating here perfect.
