When I make a Reservation for 12:15 and then have to wait 45 minutes thatâs not a good sign. One of my party could not even order because she had to be somewhere else. When told I had to wait it was supposed to only be a few minutes so we went to the bar but that didnât help us any with the scheduling. We heard other people complaining about the same thing. I get that the restaurant is trying to get as much business as possible but they wonât get many return visits from people who had to wait in spite of thinking the reservation would be good
Juban's did a beautiful job of remodeling the building and revamping the menu. The food was delicious, the service was top notch, and the atmosphere was beautiful. I will definitely be back.
Food was outstanding and the service was very good - at times we were left hanging waiting for water refills but overall good. The background music was very loud at times making it difficult to hear the waitstaff or have a conversation with our party. Also, there were flies swarming around everywhere - this should probably be addressed.

Tried Jubanâs for the first time Sunday afternoon. There is an informal room up front, and a more formal space -where we ate - in the back. It was quite a comfortable place to be. Service was friendly and very accommodating. There was a waitress and a drink steward that were checking on us regularly. We really enjoyed the cocktails, and the wine list was pretty good also. We started with Crab Boulettes and the Oysters Rockefeller. The former was presented beautifully, while the latter was visually unappealing. Fortunately, they both tasted delicious, even if she wouldnât touch the fried oysters. More cocktails and wine followed with the entrees. I had the Smoked Salmon Benedict, and she ordered the Redfish. The Benedict was standard fare, while the Redfish was just fantastic. It was even super tasty when reheated the next day. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jubanâs, and will definitely be back for dinner next time. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had a great dinner at Juban's with another couple. Our wait staff was excellent and the food was delicious! Our only complaint was that there was disco music being played loudly through the outside speakers and we were the only guests on the patio. Fortunately our servers were able to get the music turned down and the rest of the evening it wasn't quite so disco... Will be back soon!
