My son took me to lunch for Mother's Day. We choose 2 p.m. thinking the rush would be over, at it was. First we stood at the front door for 5 minutes before anyone spoke to us. We were seen, just ignored. Then we were told to sit anywhere, so we did and we waited and waited and waited. No one came, so finally we moved to the bar and the young woman at the bar was helpful, but I was looking forward to a nice lunch and it was not so Happy. The food must of been prepared that morning, because it was cold and the only thing I liked was the hush puppies. My shrimp was cold and not fresh and my baked potato must of been sitting around for hours.

Poor customer service, waited 5 minutes without being acknowledged and then the bar keep served me a beer of her choice of size. I don't usually drink small glass of beer. Usually do a large glass. One of the bar keep looked annoyed to be aerving the patrons, while the owner and his wife/ gf just looking on cutting up. Again poor customer service. Not a regular but guess that is the only way to be seved quickly. One young man sat next to me and they asked and put in his order before even me. Sitting here 10 minutes until my order put in. Sad. Yes i know due to Covid.

It is not often my son treats me to lunch for Mother's Day, so I was looking forward to this day. Service was horrible, Food was not fresh and overall Not a good experience.

Absolutely delicious!! Great dinning environment as well. Our server was a little slow but that is on the individaul. Cant completely blame the restaurant for a lazy employee. The other servers seemed to be hustling.

Even though they had a parry of 20, ahead of us, and we were told it would be a little longer, I was expecting a 2 hour wait, but I was wrong, it might have been 20 minutes longer than normal. Food was fantastic, and the staff were absolutely great. It is now one of my new favorite restaurants

Details, This is Over My 5th time Visiting the Jones Creek Cafe, I’m very very Super Satisfied with Staff, Food, Menu, Customers, The Cleanliness, Quality, and Great Service that is Provided from the Front Door to The Dinning and Bar area. So Polite and Courteous, Amazing that I sit down and Go Back to the Late 70’s and 80’s Time Zone of Music and Wonder Years Affect. This is a 6Star ?? Restaurant, Way above the 4 and 5.

Amazing soft shell crab poboy . Keeping it simple makes it taste better. Tiger fries and onion rings were very good as well. Waitress was awesome and very attentive.Great job all around.

Charbroiled oysters were ok but needed more cook time to melt the cheese. Got the fried seafood platted pretty typical, good and filling. Drinks were well made and worth the price.

It was ok. Thankfully the endless mimosas were helping. Our server was awesome and very patient because we were with a really big group. The good was eh. I got the roast beef poboy and it tasted like absolutely nothing. But I've had other good food from there so I can't say too much bad about it. Just that poboy.

First it was fine. I received my salad but my daughter ordered choked up chargrilled oysters and it took over 30 minutes for them to come. The waitress said she didn't know what was going on in the kitchen. Then my other daughter gets her po-boy but they never brought her fries. We kept telling her and she said I don't know it's the kitchen. Well finally here comes the fries cold. We sent them right back. Here they come right back dripping in grease. Can I say awful. I told the waitress and it was not her fault. My other daughter with the oysters got her baked potato and grilled shrimp as we were leaving. We have dined in this restaurant for many years but it may be a while before we return.
