The woman taking our order was completely rude and apparently hates her job. I understand that lunch time rush is stressful, but there’s no reason to visibly show your frustration and take it out on the customers. I will never go there again!

JJ's offers great promos. Their food is fantastic Their app is easy to use and for the most part, orders are always correctSave a few instances where I've ordered extra this or that and no extra was given - simple solution is just not to order extras. Not the end of the world.
