I’ve ordered from here a handful of times while I was at LSU, they tended to be quick and consistent!
honestly not sure how they managed to get my sandwich soaking wet to where it’s dripping through and spreading to the outer layers of the wrapper all over my car seat :( Like a little dripping from a sandwich is expected but this is a mess
I received a number 17 (the ultimate porker) with cheese missing the most important ingredient… the meat. I didn’t order the ULTIMATE PORKER for there to be no meat honestly how does a sandwich shop not put meat on a sandwich, get your act together.
1) rude2) messed up my sandwich 3x. How you gonna make me go through the drive thru 3x?? It should’ve been fixed the second time or made right the first time3) large sodas half empty when he hands it to me4) mumbling to the point of having no idea what they’re saying. Jimmy John’s used to be good and their workers used to take pride in their job. Go up the street to American market for good service and a good sandwich.

They also specialize in catering for large or small events. Deliveries are typically under 20min though during lunch and dinner rush times can get as long as an hour. Their hours are 10:30am-10pm 7 days a week. If you sign up for the rewards app you also get a free sub after your first order on the app. Staff are generally polite, friendly, and helpful. You can also Dine in though sitting is limited due to social distancing. In addition to no contact delivery, they also offer pick through the app or a phone call.
Went there because I had a craving for Jimmy Peppers so I ordered extra but got none :(
5 star! Delivery guy got me my order fast and also was patient with my directions while I was helping wheel back an emergency patient! The sandwich is great, just like always!
