The customer service was great. I have to say that I was disappointed with the food, very mediocre barbque sad to say. The ribs were okay, the chicken was over done and the flavor was meh. The side portions are laughable, I was taken aback by the little cups. I initially thought that it was barbecue sauce; no it was the sides face palm.

Started going here for lunch since I got a job in the area. Really fast service and the workers are all super nice and talk to you like family. The food is absolutely delicious too, and it's only $10 for a burger with a side included. I didn't even like barbeque before I started eating here. Definitely recommend.

Hands down, the best bar-b-q in Baton Rouge. There is no better beef po boy or BBQ sauce in the city, and there is no individual kinder than Miss Debbie. Going to Jay's feels like going home.Jay's is and always will be my first stop any time I'm in BR.

Bbq wasn't good at all., the potato salad was mash pototos, the bbq beans wasn't good, i definitely wouldn't go back to this place are recommend it to anyone.
