My food was so-so, although those I was with loved their sandwiches which were huge.

Their "grilled cheese" isn't much more than 2 pieces of toast with cold, unmelted cheese in the middle. The tomato soup was very acidic tasting as if it were made from canned tomatoes & not much else. The place was very clean, though.

I had a great experience with this place. The delivery driver, Quantell, was very professional, timely and had an overall beautiful demeanor. I was busy working (from home) and I could not answer the door right away. I gestured to her telling her to give me a minute. She was patient and friendly…even after waiting. The food was fresh and I was satisfied with my order.

This is by far my favorite restaurant! Everything is done in such a timely manner. Ms. Quantell always does my delivery, everything is always put together so nicely. Food always arrives on schedule

The food is always delicious. Ms. Quantell has a pleasant attitude and delivers in a timely manner.

Great food the staff was nice and very clean I enjoyed eating there ??

Great service, everyday customer love it??

I used the restaurant's curbside pickup option when ordering my food online. This may be an option on their app, but in reality, it didn't exist for me. When I arrived at the restaurant, I received a message in the app that my food was on the way. After 10 minutes of waiting, I went inside and calmly told the cashier I placed a curbside order. Cashier was very rude - literally didn't speak to me after I told her about my order, just grabbed a bag which had been sitting on a shelf since I walked in, and handed me the bag. She seemed to be very annoyed with me. Food was ok, but not as fresh as what I've received from this chain in the past. Restaurant seemed to be staffed adequately and wasn't busy inside. Also - not a single employee was wearing a mask. I'm not questioning anyone's right to do this (Louisiana doesn't have a mask mandate in place), but since the information on the restaurant's Google page states all employees wear masks, I thought I should mention it in case readers are sensitive to the topic. In general, I like Jason's Deli and have had good experiences with them at other locations in the past. However, I won't be going back to this location any time soon.

Soup is usually luke warm, and staff acted quite derpy when I tried making conversation and asked basic questions about the menu. Young hispanic guy on register literally said "I don't know," to almost every question I asked lol.
