No customers and took 5 minutes to place order and another 10 to get it. Also asked to back up in line and wait behind a pole. Got food and it was cold. Have no idea what they were doing in there with no customers. Dining area was closed and no cars in line behind us.
Mckayla didn't have to but went out of her way to make sure my food was fresh, delicious and timely. She went above and beyond for my experience at 130 in the morning and that's why I will go out of my way to come back here more often.
Waited 8 minutes for somebody to take my order while cars were piling behind me. When I got to the window it took them 15 minutes to make two bacon egg croissants. Then the lady tells me they are out of croissants is a biscuit okay and had to wait for that to be made.
Nice fresh, paid attention to details of the order.But I didn't get napkins, I waited a few min blew the horn, until I decided to pull off. I saw the lady was cleaning the lobby.. Oh well, it happens. I didn't die my food was delicious and my large family enjoyed thier meal also. They get 5 stars and they had some walking around cleaning up also. We will be back :-)
my customer service experience with this specific site was very poor. I ordered online via doordash and called to make sure that the order was made fresh when the driver comes. The woman on the phone respoded with "heat it" and hung up the phone. I decided not to call back being as though this will be my last time eating from jack in the box.
Quite possibly one of the worst drive thrus out there. Ordered food, drove up to the window, worker gave us the drink and told us to drive around to the front & she’d bring our food out. 30 minutes later, no food. 3 other cars were waiting with us in a similar situation. No one got any food. First and last time at a Jack in the Box. Very disappointed!
The store employees are pretty friendly. They also have great service .wait times during rush hour and lunch can get backed up though keep that in mind of you have a limited time for lunch.
Cleanest fast-food stop on our road trip so far. The food was good, though not in a way that exceeded your fast-food expectations.

Horrible customer service just horrible they need to seriously consider scrapping the crew that they have day and night shift!!!! The worst Jack in the box in all of Baton Rouge, the only way that they stay in business is because of the location that they receive so much traffic.
