Jack in the Box? More like JUNK in the Box. The experience was horrible. First, the dining room was closed. Second, the menu board was half missing. They were out of so much stuff (salads, buttermilk sauce, etc). Then they produce a sub-par burger (see photo). The fries were old and the jalapeño poppers were dry. We ordered 4 different sandwiches and two of them had no sauce on them. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
We Order four order of two tacos and we waited 20 minutes and when we got the tacos there was only two orders of tacos but we payed for four order! This is the second time we came and we ordered tacos and it took a long time get! If the owner is reading this you need to stop saying sorry what you should do is Pay attentions of your employees and what they do and how there Service is!!!
Sad to say I wasn’t even ordering any food for me but I was ubering and brought a couple there to get them some food …..they had a line but not to bad but when the lady started ordering her food it was obvious the lil girl taking the order had a bad attitude?so they ordered tacos the lil girl taking the order said,”they’re frozen “so that’s why she couldn’t get them. I thought you fry them but hey I guess they have to be thawed out,then they were out of sprite,we get to the window and the attitude was not any better we waited for a while and the cashier was on her phone the whole time and the only time she smiled and I let my passengers know I’ve been stop going to this establishment because a couple years ago the lil girls who worked there had a bad attitude and sad to say nothing has changed
$20 for 2 spicy chicken meals w curly fries. After a 10 min wait I received regular fries and 2 cheeseburgers. Never again.
The employees get 5 stars for sure. Its the ONLY place that gets the order right every visit. Should get a sixth star for that around here.
I've gone three times in the last month trying to get a shake. The first time, they informed me that they had temporarily closed and would open up an hour later. The second time, they informed me shakes were not available. The third time was tonight. They told me they had temporarily closed, but would open up in about 20 minutes. So I came back a little over 20 minutes later and was told they could not take orders. I'm starting to suspect the employees are trying to make the store go out of business.
This was a horrible experience. We went craving an Oreo shake with our dinner and we're let down in every aspect. The service was horrible the menu was not available, out of stock, and the food was unspectacular. Our greeting and help came from an employee who told us most of the items we wanted were out of stock. When we asked about an item that was advertised and seemed like a newer item we were unfamiliar with the employee said I don't know I just work here. We pulled up to the window and waited forever before someone spoke to us again, no drinks no receipt, or completion of payment it all happened when we finally got our food. I almost forgot I never received my debit card back. We just watched the window employee slowly walk back and forth packing the food making the drinks and texting on her phone while doing it. Never seen someone move that slow in my life. I ended up just getting a salad, no Oreo shake available no egg rolls no teriyaki chicken bowl no coke. The salad was almost a no but someone in back told her they had it. The salad tastes warm like it has not been refrigerated. The worker wanted to give me vinegrette dressing, I said wait don't you have something else. My daughter ordered curly fries it was on the receipt, she came home with regular fries. Please close this location it is a disgrace and gives Jack in the box a bad reputation they do not deserve.
Worst employee's ever! They hate customers, and you want them to make your food... Please stay away..
Dining was closed drive through was too narrow to drive through. It may have been good but I was allowed no opportunity to eat there
Drive thru speaker was not working had to go to window to order , order came out all wrong , no straws for our drinks and a big wiff of marijuana when they open the door . Do better
