Its said open 24hr how is that possible when you have the employees hiding to keep from taking orders.... peeping out....smdh ... on the corner of Scenic and Choctaw???
I ordered a coffee in drive thru. It took 24 minutes to get it with no cars in front of me. Mind you it's 5am. I was late for work. I couldn't get out of the drive thru because of how it's designed.
Waited in line for an hour only for them to get my order completely wrong. If you value your time and money don’t waste either here.
They need some better employees causeAll play on the phone can't get your orderRight and get mad when they mess up
I don't know if it's the lack of personnel or competent employees but the drive thru is very slow, plus the female constantly told me twice to hold on before I could even say what my order was as in interrupting me, that's not very professional, and I that feel that is unnecessary. I noticed this problem lately with younger employees as if they want to get paid, but do not want to do their job. She was not friendly at all, as if she had a chip on her shoulder. Look if you do not want to serve customers, get a different job, it's that simple. I wasn't rude or anything, this is sad the state of people mind sets are these days.
Quick drive through, not too busy at any time. Food is normal what you expect, and the crew are courteous.
The young man in drive thru was very clam and polite Despite being very busy. My burger was good but my fries were burnt. Besides the burn fries I feel it was an ok experience.
Love going to Jack In The Box...I remember my years in California...so when ever I am in Baton Rouge, I stop and get all my favorites...why don't you have Jack's in Lafayette area....it would be a hit...trust me!
I really enjoy Jack in the Box! Food is always hot and fresh. You can order anything on the menu at anytime of the day
This was my 1st time going to this location. Yes, I will most definitely return. Located conveniently near my workplace & my food was prepared & served hot & fresh.
