Absolutely terrible service. As others before me have stated— the employees will make you wait in line for a ridiculous amount of time for seemingly no reason other than to get out of doing their (relatively simple) job. If you show up at 3:30-4:30am odds are that they will lie and tell you that their “systems are down” getting food here is infuriating & you will end up wasting not only your money but your time. Completely immature and rude staff. This location is wasting its funds being open 24hrs; the staff just sits around the entire time.
If I could give them 0 I would. Doors locked intercom broke and taking forever to do order at window. Been in line For an hour for only 9 cars. Smh sad
Order was Totally wrong. But, didn't have time to get back in line.

4/26/22 0415amWorking all night, only place suppose to be open.There's clearly someone inside, however no answer at the drive thru. Drove around twice and still no answer.This is the 2nd time this has happened.I'm sure it's just someone being lazy not wanting to work.
Burger was fantastic with the butter bun and the curly fries. A must eat when in a hurry.
Picked up a door dash order from here at 7:20 with 3 cars in the drive thru. Date 1/27/2022 I called letting them know I had a pick up for a thru order and the employees told me I had to wait in line after cars placing their orders. Never been to a Jack in a box that had been so rude, and very careless with the order . Unfortunately I waited over 15 minutes just getting the food in my car. Will never pick up a DoorDash order from this location again (S FOSTER Dr. At the corner smh). If you are a door dasher, waiter, or Uber eats you will be disappointed the staff is slow and rude . There’s obviously no manager. DO NOT GO HERE

Staff are neat clean polite and courteous. The meals are great!
It was 12 and I had just got off from work so I decided to get a burger from jack in the box because I was really tired and hungry. After I had ordered my burger and got home, I opened the box and to my surprise the burger was a complete mess. The lettuce wasn’t on the burger and the bacon looked old and the sandwich was cold. Then I decided to check my fries and again they were cold too and they seemed old.
