Food and service were awesome! Loved the friendliness of the staff. We are 12 hours away from home and they made us feel like family. Thanks so much!
Waited in line at the drive thru for over 20 mins without moving an inch. This was around 9:30pm. Saw and employee just sitting smoking a cigarette. Maybe he had been there all day and that was his first break but I highly doubt it, but no matter what there's no way a fast food company should take that long to take your order. Jack n the crack I don't know what you're doing with your life but this ain't it my dude!

Slow as he'll only taking 2 orders at a time ive been sitting at the drive through order box for 10 mins cause they are slow and suck at thier job this is Monday Feb 28 at 8 pm fire everyone
Food was good. Only one person running the whole restaurant, taking orders and cooking food. She did a great job.
Definitely in desperate need of help, came by and the girl at the window was super nice, patiente and delightful to talk to. But it was her alone and made the wait miserable
Their chicken salad and chicken pita menu items are never available at night. Please remove these items from the menu if you aren't going to offer them when you're open 24/7. I can't even count how many times I've gone and you've said sorry we don't have that. Just take it off the menu. I've also gone to this Jack in the box several times and they said they aren't serving anyone at the moment even though they are 24/7 restaurant (their excuse is always "shift change"). Why stay open if you won't serve any one? One time I went and they said they were serving burgers only, not even fries!
Spent 20 minutes waiting on a 6.00 order and so mad I left without it. The staff didn't keep me informed on the delay. The car behind me backed up and left also.
I get a 30 min lunch break and im in a drive thru line over 30mins. Its a fast food restaurant and even before covid, they have always been slow, low on food, and rude. I also have a video of the lady speaking, extremely rude! Also, it should be illegal not to have a way to exit the drive thru line. What if an emergency happens, i cant leave because your establishment lacks what it needs to be efficient!
Two people only working. This isn’t fair to the customers or workers. Where you at owner? Fix it. Pay them more to get more workers, get off your butt or close shop.
