In the drive thru right now... The ONLY thing they had to drink is iced coffee & lemonade... I get to the window and ask what's up, they have NO CO2 for the drinks & have already sold out of sweet tea & apparently don't know how to make more! I asked for a root bear minus the CO2 and got the drink...the mix is off but, better than lemonade, coffee or nothing... But it was $2.19 for a SMALL!!! Obviously that's the money maker but there's no CO2?! It's a shame this staff is having to deal with shortages like this!Just tried the Tacos... Sad & Gross... Should have known by the look of it... Thank God I got an egg roll too... Only thing decent today... Just wish I had gone in the opposite order... Ugh...

The worst Jack In the box never have Sweet Tea orders are thrown together sloppy. I only go here because I I live close to this location but this has to be the worst type of management and there is always a line in drive thru.
This particular JITB is the main reason why I don’t eat JITB like that anymore. Bad quality food and bad service.
This is the fastest jack in the crack ever. I was there less then five minutes and I had two orders to pick up!!

i placed an order their yesterday night 04/03/22 was told they dint have apple pay gave the cashier my card she charged it twice and i was told that my card declined i really wish the general manager reach out to me to fix this matter i have actual proof and still being told i'm lying jack in the box was my favorite late night snack but the Flannery location is a bad image to the company i tried to call the manager over the shift unplugged the phone im highly disappointed ill rather get a refund I'm discussed
Every time I come here we spend at LEAST 30 minutes in the drive thru. There’s always just one person making and preparing the food alone. They hardly have everything available. Don’t risk waiting just to get to the window and they tell you they don’t have what you want. When you do get your food it’s usually good tasting. Other times it’s garbage, it’s a hit or miss honestly.

It always seems to take 20 minutes or more to get to the drive thru, if not longer. Food is consistently cooked and prepared well, at least.
