The one in brownfield Louisiana, off hwy 67, is always slow, and every time at breakfast, the food is so greasy and the bag gets it all over my upholstery. I love jack in the box, but close this one.
Inside was locked, sat at drive through for over 5 minutes. I had to ask to speak to someone. When I did the lady got very sarcastic like I was bothering her. 5 more minutes passed before she took my order, then I sat for about 10 more minutes before I got my food. I would've left but I had just gotten off from work and I didn't feel like cooking. Got the food and it tasted horrible.
This place is trash. Employees are arrogant the fryer is always out. Takes 12 minutes to take your order at the drive through. Obviously management has abandoned this place. And take note if your making a special order..... no ketchup on a burger best believe that kid is getting extra ketchup and you'll love the car ride to home. Terrible!
No one would answer at the speaker to take my order.
Had to go back twice because my food was wrong and cold. They gave me cold hard regular fries then when I returned to get my curly fries some of them were frozen. I'm so disappointed
Jack in the box were pretty swift in getting the order out timely and I enjoyed it
Any time I stop here on my way to work it’s always the same excuse, that the system is down.
Came threw today ordered loaded tiny tacos and the gave me regular one not even in the right box and then called and had it replaced and then it only had cheese sauce didn't even have the rest of what's supposed to be on there I mean if your gonna replace it at least make it right definitely not going back
Ice-cream machine is always down
They messed up my order , and when I tried to get them to correct it, they had nasty attitudes. I won't go back.
