The food is Hot. The employees are nice and polite at this location.
Would give 0 stars, but can't. Ordered two items and curly fries. Got home and the meal item was wrong (had cheese and mayo, which I was made to say I didn't want twice). Then I checked the second item, which was also not what I ordered (loaded tiny tacos that cost $1 more, when I ordered them plain, again, having to clarify twice).If it had just been one item, I would have sucked it up and eaten my remaining food, but it was my entire order (including my large curly fry which was half-filled).So I went back. I go to the screen to explain and get halfway through before being cut off again and asked to pull around. At the window, what I assume to be the manager let me explain half of my issue, and then replied with "Well the screen says you ordered it with cheese."So I threw my bag onto the counter and drove away because he was definitely going to spit in my food. Mostly upset that the bag I left contained my receipt, so I am unable to take a survey.Every employee present needed to work on their customer service listening ability, and because this is a Jack in the Box, my expectations were already pretty low...

It's hard to find a fast food joint that delivers excellent customer service and quality food. Rest assured, this place right here will give you both. The employee who was working the drive-thru window, Melissa was amazing. Friendly, courteous and efficient with clear communication!

Slightly disappointed that they don't have the spicy Sriracha burger, especially since it is still on the online menu... and they were out of curly fries! The 2 things I wanted, they didn't have.. but the spicy tiny tacos were delicious
