Absolutely terrible service tonight (4/28/2022). Seemed like no one in there knew what they were doing. Girl who took our order had no clue where she was it seemed like. Slow, sloppy, and very unaware of what to do. One girl very upset, loud, cursing, and running into coworkers. Most awful experience I’ve ever had here. If you are the owner and see this I very much encourage you to look at the cameras and see how terrible your staff was towards the end of the night. The girl couldn’t even make my wife’s tacos. I left with nachos, aggravation and a very upset wife. Well never be back.
April 26th 2022 , as I am picking up a waitr order I’m standing at the register behind a customer waiting for him to finish paying. The young lady ( blonde hair and where glasses) saw me waiting after the man. One he finished paying, she told him to have a nice day and then walked off . Very rude like I wasn’t standing there. She can’t say she didn’t see me so I stood at the register for a while until I had to say j was picking up a waitr that was sitting on the counter for the longest. So many employees passed me up without asking if I needed help .
Do not get the steak bowl, unless you enjoy receiving mostly inedible gelatinous fat/gristle. Everything on the top is gristle and disgusting.. i had MAYBE 6 small chunks of edible steak. Won’t be doing business with this place again. Truly can’t fathom how meat quality check before cooking it doesn’t consist of trimming off the fat first. Their chips and salsa, half the chips are not even cooked at the way and the salsa is insanely salty. Inedible.
So I went in today to order @ 12:30 I order a shrimp/ steak burrito! The young guy placed my shrimp on the grill soon after I told him that’s what I wanted ! He took my ingredients that I wanted n handed me a number so they could call me when my burrito was ready ! So about 1:10p I am still waiting. I flagged the guy who took my order and asked what was going in . He responded we waiting on shrimp to cook. No I’m not a chef but 35 minutes for shrimp to cook ! Was a lie!! I then waited another almost 10 minutes and asked for a manger!! She proceeded to refund me only half my order ! Because I had the drink already ! Which honestly for as long as I waited ! She could have given me the beverage! Horrible customer service and on the line where u keep the lettuce, peppers , etc… needs to be wiped
Everyone is friendly. The food seems fresh. It’s fast, economical, and I love it. I go here often for take out.
Bad attitude. Server annoyed or stoned. Couldn't give us what we ordered. Couldn't NOT give us what we didn't order. Slow service. Food not great. Store condition not great. Experience uncomfortable.
The food is great, and the service is fast every time I go! Hopefully one day I'll be able to eat the Illegal Burrito
This is the saddest burrito bowl I have ever seen. I lt was missing rice even for the most part, and all the other bowls were also this same size. The items seemed overcooked as well. Really disappointing. Normally only eat half and save the other half for later, this time I feel like even two of these wouldn't fill me up.
Breanna did a great job correcting a mistake I made with billing. She then made some great tacos! Great service and good!
Hoping this will remind me to NEVER order dilivery from this location again. In past orders they did not include any of the extras that were paid for, remember the gauc & extra shrimp, they didn't. The way the food is packaged guarantees soggy meals. Mitzi remember, you are better than this. Hanger feels much better than the way this cash hemorrhage soggy sad-fest meals left you feeling.
