This is my go to place for boudin, pork chops, steaks and all different types of smoked sausage(jalapeño is my favorite). The only thing better quality than their meats/sausage/boudin is the people that work in the place. They go above and beyond to take care of you.
We do a monthly trip here for all our beef and pork. This place has some of the absolute best pork sausage. (Look for the "Flyin' Hawaiian" if that combo is to your liking.)
