We were in the area for a swim meet, and stopped for breakfast. While the servers and food were excellent, the hostess was the most inefficient time waster. The hostess was incapable of multitasking or seating in a reasonable manner. All 3 mornings we stopped, we had to wait in a long line of customers to be seated while the dining room had majority empty tables. Each time, the servers had to take it upon themselves to seat people. PLEASE know this restaurant was great minus the hostess inefficiencies.

IHop Was Very Clean, The Food Was Fresh, Hot and Very Good also The Waitress That Waited on Us Was Very Kind, Professional... I Will Be Returning To IHop Again.. Thanks IHop

I picked up an online order, did the online check in. When I walked through the door, the waitress already had my food in my hand. She asked me my name, I told her, and she handed me my food. It was a quick and easy exchange.

I'm giving this place a 2 star review for 2 reasons. Reason 1 my daughter's chicken strips were Burnt.. With the way we were being looked at she was scared to tell them about it so she just ate them. Reason 2 the staff treated us differently then other customers, we was only allowed to eat our food for 10 minutes before getting asked if we needed to go boxes, we kindly responded with we aren't sure yet then not even 3 minutes later the waitress came back and asked us again if we needed a to go box at that time my husband and I looked at each other with a weird look because we both felt unwelcome. Not even 2 minutes passes by and the waitress comes and gives us the ticket without even asking us if we wanted to order something else, which the answer would of been yes we was planning on getting some milkshakes to enjoy after our meal but we decided against it for the simple fact of feeling like we didn't belong. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be judged. Really unprofessional and highly rude. My husband was really nice and left a tip but if it was up to me with the way we were treated I would of just paid the bill and left.

My partner, our twin daughters and I were visiting Baton Rouge for the weekend. IHOP is the twins go to breakfast spot! When we entered the restaurant both times it was clean and well kept. The service was amazing. The hostesses who sat us was very patient and welcoming. Ms Brenda and Shannon was attentive and gave off a welcoming vibe. Also the older waitress with the pigtails was friendly as well, she sparked up conversation and wasn’t even our waitress for the day. College Dr IHOP is definitely our go to for breakfast!

Service was slow and a little chaotic. Menu items were not provided as advertised, missing components of signature meals. Warm maple syrup not offered/provided at this location. Wait staff did not work collaboratively and were often seen standing around in clusters talking and/or playing while others struggled to keep up with large parties or multiple tables sat at the same time.

Visiting from TX for my son's Karate tournament and had Breakfast and our server Shayna is amazing. She was very attentive and communicated with us very well, even tho it was very busy, she made it a great experience. I've never wrote a review on anyone but this waitress is very much worth it.

It was great service was great was not rushed we enjoyed our food. I would recommend anyone to eat here.

Food was great! Nice clean environment was in and out! No complaints here ?

I received cold food after waiting an hour for my food that was supposed to have been ready at 8:14 a.m.. Two workers asked if they can assist me and looked as if they was going to the back to get my food. The manager later came to the counter and after I explained I had been waiting a while for my food she apologized and said that they was having some issues in the back and now they're ready. The restaurant was not packed that day and people who came after me was getting their to go orders in no time. When I arrived back to my hotel located right across the street to find that my food was cold turkey sausage rubbery and eggs tasting like water per my family. I called the restaurant and explained that my food was cold. She sounded like a robot apologizing saying the same thing she told me inside of the restaurant. She offered to remake my food as if I would want to wait another hour for some food? The only thing that was hot was the grits so I guess I had to wait for Hot grits and sacrifice getting cold pancakes, hash browns, and eggs. The worst IHOP I've ever encountered.
