Just had brisket, sausage, and smoked turkey. It was delicious!! Definitely will be back. The sweet potato casserole and pulled pork pepper jack cheese eggrolls were all amazing. Staff was very friendly and establishment was clean!! Found my new place for BBQ!!
This place is awesome. I got the brisket smoked chicken and they have delicious egg rolls. The ribs are very delicious also.
Pretty good bbq spot. I’ve got the brisket and pulled pork and both were very good. The 2 meet combo with 2 sides runs about $17.50 and easily feeds 2 or two separate meals. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.
I ordered a burger and paid the upcharge to make it a combo. Herein lies my disappointment. The curly fries were hard, cold, and I literally counted exactly 11 of them! It costs 3 extra bucks to make it combo and the small drink and 11 fries isn't cutting it! I'm on the fence about becoming a regular here.
Went to the Bluebonnet location and had an amazing experience. The food was great and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Loved the brisket chili and the bread pudding was fire!
My second visit and a little disappointed about the food prep will make it known in next visit for possible correction...Have returned now more than a dozen times, foods great staff is A-1. Have now made a weekly tradition.
Got here at 11 for a table of 3. Waited 10 minutes and then a large second group of 8 came. Now 25 minutes later, The group of 8 started to get there food. Frustrated, I walked up to the counter and asked if our ticket was accidentally thrown away to check on our food and the response was “because the group after you ordered bbq so that’s why they got there’s first.” Okay. Ummm everything on the menu is BBQ so that doesn’t make sense.So just expect that this place DOES NOT do orders on “first come first serve”!! This is how you lose business, do better.
Ok so, I really wanted to try something different so I chose this place. The dining area is small and very clean. Employees were amazing from the taking my order. But the food was not good at all I really was disappointed. The cheese was already hard as you can see from the pictures. The brisket was old and hard. I hate looking at other people food and it look so delicious. Until I get it and my food not looking anything like what I saw. The fries also wasn't fresh fries. After waiting 20 minutes for my food I thought it was going to be fresh. Maybe it needs to be early in the day to get it fresh. And my eggroll seem to have a hair in it. So my whole experience here was not good. I was not turning around so I gave the food minus the EGGROLL TO A HOMELESS GUY.
I have always really liked Hannah, however their portions seem to be getting smaller and prices higher.I’m afraid they have lost me as a customer due to tiny portions. I could understand prices may need to go up some, but they have to do better with their portions.It’s too bad, their food is generally really good.
We had an issue here and had to bring some food back. We were cordial about our complaint. The result? The owner actually laughed in my husband's face (my husband is 61 years old may I add) when we told him my husband was a previous restaurant owner and threatened to call the police on us to have us removed from the premise when he was confronted. We then phoned the police ABOUT HIM. I was appalled and shocked at this restaurant owners behavior and would highly NOT reccomend this place to anyone!!!! I almost reported him to the better business bureau
