I ordered a few hamburger combos on my lunch break, when I went to pick up the food we had a long wait. Which isn’t a problem because usually all of the food is great every time! But today I had a dead fly on my plate and on my burger. When I was able to get in contact with them they caught an attitude and told me to bring my food back in order for them to do anything. I informed them that my lunch break is over and that I didn’t have time to come back today. They got upset and stated to come back now to get a refund. It seems that they do not care about customer service like I thought they did. Very unpleasant experience! After today I will no longer be shopping with them! 0 stars should be an option for people like this!
Ordered the Seafood Platter Lunch special. The food portions were enormous, I had ordered the red beans and rice and spicy curly q fries as sides. The Shrimp were the biggest I had eaten in years, the fish was good, It wasn't channel catfish but I believe something akin to Bassa fish but the filets were cooked to perfection. Service was quick and efficient, next visit I'm going to try their homemade hamburger. It looks very delicious. This place is an institution, I'm just sorry I hadn't tried them sooner.
One of the best places to get food everything is great we tried to order to avoid the wait took longer to order over the phone then it did if we walked in .Guess they got really busy.
I call every Thursday to get their Spaghetti because it’s simply my favorite in town. And that’s something I’ve found to be a trend here-items that you usually wouldn’t associate with a Place known for great burgers and exceptional fried seafood, are both unique and have become some of my favorite go to dinners when I can’t think of what I am on the mood for. For example, their chicken kabob, which oddly lacks a kabob, but has some of the most tasty marinated grilled chicken with hummus, Greek salad, and rice - rivaling, but not similar to, my Greek go to restaurants-and at a very reasonable price! I won’t regurgitate the 4000 accurate reviews about these, but their fried shrimp ? Finally, they have, and I dont exaggerate here, one of the best waitpersons I’ve ever encountered behind the counter, as she just exudes positivity, handles high volume well, always gets the order right-and has personality for days-she’s just a gem. Nothing bad to say here. I’m not overwhelmed with their fries, but if that’s the only complaint, you’ve got a loyal customer (which I am). ?
I've never had a bad experience at Goodwood Grill. The Greek Chicken Salad is my favorite! And, their Fried Fish on Friday is a hot ticket item! Service is great and so is the food.
First timer. Hamburger steak was just right. My guests had fried fish and Hamburger. There was a line right after us. For to go. Popular place, but plenty seating. Toddler loved the French fries.

Love this place. Food n service is always right on point. Prices are not over the top. When i want seafood this is my to go to place because i don't have to pay for a name or a look. Just a down home feeling. That's me.Craving for some right right now. I've Never been disappointed.
Order twice in the past week through GrubHub. Both times I have placed my orders hours in advance 4+ hours. Both times the orders were canceled by the restaurant, first time 30 minutes before scheduled delivery and tonight 15 minutes before. I was never given a reason for cancellation. Very disappointing.
