This is one of the best Italian restaurants in Baton Rouge. It’s a must try!!

Has the best time for a girl night out. The food was great but our waiter Jesse was better.

We had a weekend away from the kids and decided to head down to Baton Rouge. We found Gino’s and fell in love. This upscale, family owned, Italian restaurant was amazing. The service was impeccable and the White Swan signature cocktail tasted so light, like a dessert. The signature bread was perfection and the actual desert was to die for. 10/10 would recommend. This place made our mini vaca so much more memorable.

This is a great Italian restaurant. The food and service are top notch. Highly recommended!

The service was superb. Jesse was a great waiter. Attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the lasagna

I wouldn't have expected their vegetarian pasta dish to be so delicious. Hot bread with butter was served and staff was attentive for such a busy night.

Brandon and all the bartenders were super accommodating at the bar. The recommendations were excellent. Veal, almond tiramasu, and the chocolate mousse cake. Thursday night's dinner experience was extra special with live music. The 3 piece band was on point. My girlfriend had an awesome time! Highly recommend this Baton Rouge staple.

The atmosphere was nice for a date. There was supposed to be a jazz band— maybe we came at the wrong time? The carbonara tortellini lacked depth and was more cheesy than anything. The little bit of ham that was in it was chewy, and the flavor from the ham was purely isolated to those small pieces. The ham didn’t contribute to the overall flavor, and something needed to contribute to the overall flavor. The texture of the pasta was appetizing. It seemed like it may have been homemade. The portion size was appropriate for one person for one meal. Don’t expect leftovers. The bread is fantastic, but unlike other restaurants, you have to pay $4.50 for it. Nobody told us that. The waiter actually asked us about it and said, “Only two pieces come with it,” as if it was included in the meal.

Gino’s was a tasty experience. We went for a belated valentines date. Our waiter John was very knowledgeable and helped steer us to some great menu options. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was delicious.

Best Italian restaurant you can find around here. Cozy, friendly employees, clean, & outstanding food. The bread (Gino's) & arancini are a must-have. Fresh delicious veal dishes as well as steak & pastas.
