Went to Freddy's to see if this location could redeem them from another location's bad experience. No such luck. Had 2 comps from another locations district manager for not having cheese curds and the restaurant being dirty. This location was out of fish, no lids for drink cups and wouldn't let me order cheese curds with my comp and the girl taking our order had to call 2 people on the phone to see how to handle our comps while holding up the line for us and other customers. Sorry Freddy's but you dropped the ball twice in a row. Guess I'll go to Culver's from now on.
I got the single animal style burger and it tasted just like an In-n-out burger. The shoestring fries were seasoned, best fries I’ve ever had. They give you a dip for the fries, too. I also got a turtle sundae. I meant to eat half of it but I ate the whole thing because it was so tasty. I’ll definitely go back!
The burger was so salty we couldn't finish them but had to buy concrete's to soothe our throats. The service was good and they got our food out quickly but won't be back for burgers!
The food is hot and fresh, the shoestring fries are delicious, and the ice cream is so, so good! Destinee is really sweet and friendly. Awesome customer service
Burger was tasty. I'm not crazy about the thin fries, but the strawberry shake was yummy.
We make it a tradition to get Freddy's on the weekends! I love the french fries and they have something for everyone. Always helpful and polite at the drive thru!
Food is always great and the custards amazing but customer service is a big gamble you never know if you getting someone nice and friendly or someone rude and with no interest in the job they are doing.
Arrived at 9 PM today (Saturday, Dec 18th). Waited in drive-thru line for 5 minutes with no answer. There was only one car present in the back lot, which means the business has done a poor job staffing the place.
Good food, friendly staff but overpriced for a fast food joint, in my opinion. Especially if you are ordering for a family of 4. With that said, I will definately go back, just maybe without the full family.
Great burgers but kinda pricey great sauces. Great service. Friendly staff. the hotdogs are terrible only compliant.
