It was my first time going and everything looked good. I eat a lot of salty food but the burger I received was the salties thing I have every tasted. I couldn’t even taste the cheese, lettuce or tomatoes I had on my burger because the meat was so salty. I should have gotten the drink instead of the mini sundae because I could have used the drink to wash down all the salt. The fires were good and didn’t have as much salt as the meat and the sundae was good do not get the truffle sundae it was made so messy like.
I waited in the drive thru on Millerville, Baton Rouge, LA over 30 minutes. There were 2 cars ahead of me today. My ticket number is 321 and order # is AAA58KUAAGAT. The burgers were warm but the fries were extremely cold. The server apologized for the wait time. I did not try the fries until I pulled off. I would have returned my food for a refund but I did not want to sit in that line again. Will not be returning.
Update !! 4/21/2022FREDDYS IS NOT ALLOWING DINING IN AT THE MOMENT !!Very upsetting. We just drove 45 min to have dinner with the family at freddys only to have the doors locked with drive thru only. Well not everybody wants drive thru. We like to sit and relax and eat with the family. I guess we won't be eating freddys until they decide to open up again. Freddys is a place that is very afraid of the covid hoax. They lock down if someone coughs it seems. Time to wake up freddys. Your sales are being affected.You will love freddys. Dilightful service with amazing food. Im never dissapoined when i take my family to freddys. Great burgers with shoestring fries. And the frozen custard is delicous as well. I find myself eating here at least once a week.
The pricing of the sundaes keep me from coming back. If you choose one of the 3 or 4 specialty sundaes it's around $5. Not bad. Build your own with less and much cheaper toppings and its $9. A banana (cheapest fruit on the planet) and strawberry hot fudge sundae should not cost $9 when you're selling one with half of a tropical island on it for $5
Unbelievable how this could have a 4.1 rating. The establishment is filthy to say the least. There were no customers during this visit. Employees were fooling and standing around doing nothing while the tables and trays needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Both the tables and the food trays were extremely greasy. Do yourself a favor and avoid.
This is even worse than McDonald’s. My daughter ordered a spicy chicken combo with no pickles and no onions. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo with no onions. First, we were told that we had to get spicy fries if we ordered a spicy chicken combo. That makes ZERO sense, but ok. Then even though we were being charged the listed price for our combos, the girl tried to add upcharges for large fries and large drinks, which we didn’t ask for. And when I asked her to take it off, she said, “our combos come with large fries and drink.” Well if you’re ADDING charges for it, it obviously DOESN’T “come with it.” I insisted she remove it so she did. Then we get to the window and the guy asks if we want fry sauce or ketchup, to which I reply “no thank you.” Then he tells us they’re out of medium lids. So as he starts to hand me a medium cup filled to the top without a lid, I ask him if they can just put our drinks in large cup so at least we’ll have lids. After a confused pause, he agreed. Meanwhile, several other employees start to crowd around the drive through prep area, hugging all over each other (gross & unprofessional). Then one of the ladies hands us our drinks. We had ordered Dr Pepper and Diet Pepsi, but the lids weren’t marked. I started to ask which was which and she said she didn’t know which was which. Then they handed us our food. Of course my burger had onions I had asked for it not to have. And my daughter’s spicy chicken sandwich was just a regular chicken sandwich with hot sauce on it. They don’t even have a spicy batter. And the mandatory spicy fries weren’t spicy after all. They were the same as my regular fries. And the fry sauce and ketchup we said we didn’t need? Plenty in the bag. Also, I asked them for a receipt and they said it was in the bag. It wasn’t. I had to ask for a reprint. And if you have any sodium issues, stay away from this place altogether. This place is seriously bad.
Sooo disappointed in this place! The last time me and my family came here we loved it, this time with this staff my whole outlook of this place is changed! They are rude and ghetto and will run all business away! They had us waiting in line for almost 20 minutes to come out and tell the girl at the register “uhh we can’t take anymore orders the kitchen is backed up as it is!” And walk away! No apology, no offer of a coupon or incentive to come back… the Lobby had 3 people sat inside ITS SAD. We will not be back! Don’t bother with this location or the rest if they are the same

I asked the lady who gave them to us and she said she didn’t know which was which. Then they handed us our food. I asked for a receipt and they said the receipt was in the bag. There was no receipt in the bag. I had to ask them to reprint one. Of course my “no onions” burger had onions. And our mandatory spicy fries weren’t spicy after all. And my daughter’s spicy chicken sandwich was just a chicken patty with some hot sauce on it, not even spicy batter. And we had plenty of fry sauce and ketchup that we said we didn’t want. This was an unbelievably bad experience and we won’t be back. By the way, give it a rest with all the salt!
Delicious steak burgers and fries! My family is also a big fan of the frozen custard. The service is friendly, and is always very kind to my kids too.
Amazingly good fast food. Everything was delicious. The desserts are sooo good. simple but with such strong flavor. I might be addicted.staff is also so very nice and helpful
